Toni, our host, was exceptionally great at meeting all of our expectations and giving us super travel trips. Breakfasts were delicious and, again, exceptional! We walked all over Bath from this sweet location, therefore didn’t have to move our car. Our stay was simply lovely!

Our host, Toni, was absolutely lovely & very friendly. Room was immaculate & comfortable. Location was great, just a short stroll into the City centre. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice - everything cooked fresh to order. The added bonus of a sweet treat left in our room each day was very well received! :o)

Toni the owner really cares about his guests. My husband is gluten intolerant & he had an excellent gluten free breakfast.Could not fault either of our breakfasts. The location is within an easy walk of the centre of Bath .Our room was very comfortable & decorated to the highest standard. A lovely touch was the homemade macaroons the best I have ever had.Would highly recommend.

The duvet was too long for the duvet cover but not wide enough (in our opinion) for the bed ;). The room smelled slightly 'musty'. However, this did not spoil our stay in any way and we would definitely stay here again.

The room had its own private courtyard which was a treat and the towels were great quality. The breakfast was outstanding, the hosts super helpful and the location perfect.

To be honest, I can't think of anything. Usually I can find something to improve on, but in this instance I genuinely liked everything about the place.

Hotel was very easy to reach by car (we drove from East Sussex) and very easy to access. The on-site parking was a god-send, so handy. The guest house was an 8 minute stroll from the heart of Bath which was so handy for the main city centre attractions, and it was so quick and easy to drive out to places like Cheddar Gorge and some of the beautiful surrounding villages. Toni, the host, was excellent - very welcoming, very informative and very friendly throughout. Our room was perfect - spacious, spotlessly clean, warm and cosy. Breakfasts were the best I've had anywhere. Fantastic breakfast menu, table service, all cooked fresh to order - fab! I'd recommend this place to anyone and we'll certainly be calling back again in the future

Absolutely delighted with my stay! The accommodation was not only spotlessly clean but also exuded warmth and coziness, truly feeling like a home away from home. Situated just a stone's throw away from the city centre, yet nestled in a picturesque and tranquil neighborhood, it offered the best of both worlds. Henrietta Park, conveniently located nearby, provided a delightful stroll en route to the city's attractions. The breakfast service surpassed all expectations, deserving nothing short of a 5-star rating. Every dish was a culinary delight, boasting a tantalising array of options, and presented with utmost attention to detail. Toni's hospitality throughout my stay was exceptional, ensuring that every need is considered. The inclusion of parking within the room charge was a welcomed bonus, adding to the overall convenience and value of the experience. Only downside was that we had to move our car by early afternoon on the day of checkout: we'd hoped to have been able to leave it longer, but the car park is very small with only enough room for current guests. Perfectly understandable and fair, just a bit of a disappointment.

Room was perfect for 2 Adults and 1 child. Complimentary homemade biscuits on arrival were delicious! Breakfast was excellent; good range of options.

The B&B was of very high standard and Toni, our host, provided excellent hospitality and top-notch service. We loved the bathroom and the shower pressure was fabulous. The walk-in shower was my absolute favourite. We loved our room, as it was ground floor and we had french doors to a private patio and garden. The beds were very comfortable and the duvet was like a fluffy cloud. The room was very clean and every day it was given a tidy up while we were out and about in town. The breakfast every day was exceptional and we were spoilt for choice. I highly recommend Chestnuts House Boutique B&B. I would definitely stay there again and again. Also, on my birthday and to my surprise, a lovely card, bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates were gifted and left in my room. Such lovely personal touches which made my time there very special. Thank you again for a wonderful stay !!!
