Small double bed and I mean small. £7 for a very small bottle of wine...err no thanks Mark's and Spencer's is just down the road. Just saying. Oh the sash windows are a treat (don't let the pigeons in lol) but they are rotting. Very visible.

Excellent location to get a ferry, lovely harbour views. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean and tidy if a bit small. Good tea and coffee. Would stay again, but only with a bigger bed.

The room still had a smell of paint, however it looked lovely and the furnishing were really nice and the bed was super comfy.

Ravi was excellent, friendly and answered my questions about parking and checking out. 😊

Whole hotel smelt stale, may have been from kitchens but seemed worse when aircon was on. Perhaps needs cleaning?

Location, price ok for the location facilities and standard.

A towel was missing despite indicating two people and child staying, the coffee especially capaucino was not good, the view of the car park was not the best especially given the price we paid

Nothing much to say, minor stuff: Hotel is quiet old building, there were minor water drops from the windows during rain. The elevatir s nly one, but you can use stairs.

Lcation - sea front. better take room wth sea view. Very close to the Dover castle, 600 meter. And white cliffs view. Bed - very soft and comfortable, you sleeo like a baby. Friendly and supportive staff. Breakfast. And IPA @the bar.

No staff at the Spa reception to get towels. The key that you get at the ground reception for the locker in the Spa works at other padlocks so it's not safe to leave valuables. The waiting time for the lift takes ages so it is best to use the stairs.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. You don't need to go out for a nice meal as the hotel has 2 restaurants. We had fish and chips for lunch at the Wheelers, had a 2 course meal at the main restaurant plus drinks at the bar. We also had a nice breakfast and coffee at the Wheelers.

Fantastic location! A short 15 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful waterfront location. Perfect to walk up to the Dover Castle. AMAZING views of the Cliffs of Dover. The Spa was perfect to soak/ sweat in after so much exploring. Loved the food and ambiance of the bar/cafe. The staff was lovely and accommodating. DEFINITELY the perfect choice for our Holiday.

The check in and check out process takes longer than anything I’ve seen and I don’t know why.

This place is improving a lot. Rooms are comfortable with great furnishings. Good quality, reasonably priced room service. Great place to spend the evening when travelling for business. Tech great too so you can hook your phone up to tv and watch what you like.

The attached restaurant was very good - nice staff service and good food - had breakfast as well which was also good and well catered

Our room had a nice view over the beach and beyond to the pier area one end and the port and cliffs to the other - there is a very comfortable and sunny lounge area where drinks and food are served - lovely spot for a slow afternoon

I didn’t like that the toilet over glow was going all the time. And especially through the night. Also the biggest thing we was disappointed with is there was no where it sit at night and have a drink as there was a private party in the bar.

Instead of having to go to hotel to request permit, it would of been nice for this to be in place so we could drive straight to car park
