It was a bit cold at night probably due to an old wooden window. The toilet table was not very comfortable for makeup.

Despite the small room, it was really comfortable, and a good thing was that they cleaned the rooms every day. And of course the price was pretty good for staying in central London.

The radiator was on so the room was hot and could not get it to turn off, super warm. There were several large bugs that had flown in from the open window, room was a bit dingy, chipping paint etc. wifi is an extra charge so that was unfortunate.

It fit the needs for the 11 hours we needed to chill out before heading to the consulate for an emergency passport. Would be ok for a bit of a longer stay but not with kids. Comfortable-ish beds, clean bathroom. Nice man downstairs helped print out documents and provided an extra pillow.

Downstairs bedroom too noisy at night! Staff up and down stairs to basement nxt to our room early hrs of the morning and talking outside!! Bathroom too small and flooded every time you had a shower! Flooring was dangerous for slipping.

There was no little fridge/freezer to store my food and the food got spoilt.Again,there should be working radiators in the rooms.

Could hear the TV and conversations of the room next door. No elevator so climbing all the flights of stairs to the very top floor after days of walking around the city can be tiring but it’s not the end of the world or anything.

Very small and simple, nothing particularly special so good for when you’re planning to be out all day exploring and just need a place to sleep for cheap. Dont have high expectations for anything fancy but it’s still clean and staff are friendly.

The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs on your body. The cleaning person 'cleaned' the room but forgot to make one bed of two, she/ he left the window open (we shared the balcony with the bedroom next to us) and the light of the bathroom was turned on.

The hotel was very close to Pimlico tube station and Victoria

No lift! If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult.

I wouldn’t say dislike, just to be aware it’s a budget hotel, ideal if all you want is a bed and a shower in a central location

Duvet was paper thin. If it had been cold I would have been in trouble but luckily it was very mild for December.

Good value hotel. Clean, reasonably sized room with en-suite. Had 221 at top of several flights of stairs so be ready for that. Bed wasn't comfy really but that's standard at this price.;

There were a few flights of stairs to go through to get to my room on the top floor. Luckily I did not have any luggage with me, so it was not a big deal.

Good neighborhood, very close to Pimlico station. If you plan to visit Tate Britain this place is a great locaiton for you. I had a nice stroll from Big Ben back to the hotel which took around 30 minutes. There were hardly any noise coming from the hallway. I had a peaceful stay.

The only complaint is that the TV was 15" so i could not see the any writing on the screen from the bed.

The Hotel is basic and for those on a budget, It was clean and the bed and linen were very good.
