Some service staff were not as professional as would have expected. The kingsize bed was two single beds pushed together.

Breakfast was good, self-service buffet. Good coffee machine (in room and breakfast area). Dinner was superb. The location was stunning. Watching the sunset over the water was a highlight. The room was comfortable.

Had our wedding here 23rd of March 2024. The staff wer AMAZING!! Especially Laura the wedding coordinator ! Rooms are spotless , staff are very friendly , food is a dream!! Everyone at the cliff made my wedding everything I wanted and more ❤️

Lovely location, really nice atmosphere. Spa was absolutely amazing, one of the nicest we’ve been to. Shocked the hotel is only a 3 star it was fab. The restaurant was also amazing. The breakfast was lovely, fresh and hot with plenty of choice. Upon arrival we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a family suite with a sea view. Would definitely stay again!

I could not fault a thing.For what we paid we received over and above what I expected. It made my 50th birthday celebrations very relaxing and memorable,we may return for our wedding anniversary in August🍾😍

My expectations were exceeded,we received a free room upgrade on arrival.The room was spotless,breakfast was excellent and varied. Staff were polite and attentive.We booked dinner on both nights,the menu was good and reasonable.The spa facilities were wonderful.The views and the walks around the hotel were breathtaking.We were very happy with our stay❤️

Room 223 was an economy room which had an outside fan which was very noisy overnight. We had previously stayed at this hotel and were placed in the same area of the hotel which affected our sleep. Next time we stay we will request to stay away from this area of the hotel

Honestly there was nothing we didn't like.

We stayed in the suite. The views were incredible with big windows all the way around. The bed was comfortable. The one hour use of the spa and breakfast included made the hotel brilliant value for money. The spa was clean, lovely and relaxing and one of the nicer spas I have been in with robes, slippers and towels provided. Could not fault the dinner in the hotel, we had steak with garlic prawns and chips. Lovely food. The menu was limited but the food was lovely so would not complain. The staff were also very friendly. Breakfast buffet was good too.
