Although the room was small, it was well supplied, clean and comfortable. Tea and biscuits topped up daily - a nice touch. Really handy for the main train stations. Friendly, helpful staff.

The bathroom was extremely small.

The room was nice, but very tiny. Everything was tidy and there was an extra space under the bed to put your belongings. The location is very convenient and surrounded with shops, bars and restaurants. Tube station is nearby, which makes it easy to access.

The building site opposite was only noisy during working hours, it started up around 8.15am, but we were already up and ready to go to St Pancras. The decor was dark wood which others may like.

Perfect for an overnight stop, especially for a Eurostar trip! Everything was fine with the staff and the room. We had a ground floor room which was small, with a very small bathroom, but ok for a short stay. A pleasant view of the street and St Pancras. Excellent location to visit the new area of shops and restaurants around King's Cross and Regents Canal.

The room and beds were on the small size (we had a family from for 3 adults) but for what we paid it was great. It's an old house room only but bar facilities and tea coffee ect clean and cleaned after 1 day!

The location was amazing!! Just literally over the road from Kings Cross. The lady at reception was fantastic very attentive!! (sorry forgot your name, dark long hair)

Shame the site opposite was a building site and there was no mention of this when booking. Prices of rooms could have reflected the noise inconvenience. The mattresses were of a good firmness. Sadly the pillows were like bricks. The beds were a little narrow.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The location was near to the station and local shops. The room was very clean including the bathroom. Glad of the bar to get a decent coffee as I didn't bother with the instant sachets in the room.

Room is not big, but this is London and it's a budget accomodation. Bathroom definitely not as big and comfortable as in other places, but all was working. I also did not like that no acknowledgement of our departure has been done during check out, but eventually, who cares.

Location is surely a plus as you are located next to St Pancras. Room was not that bad considering the price we have paid for it (3 adults). Street level room and street facing was not a problem as expected. Also, staff was friendly and nice enough. I mean, it's definitely a good place to stay if you are on a budget and in need to be close to a metro/train hub. My parents appreciated a lot the hotel, even more than me. I would go back there (with them) again. Oh, at is felt clean!

well, My second time at this hotel. All staff ( lost count ) how many on recpetion lol BUT all very hoenst,polite,friendly and approachable. The room was clean, and fresh. Yes on lower floor which we wanted. .Everything was ok, in the room. All local trains,buses and pubs walking distance. Will stay again

Shower was exceptionally tiny, but that's not super unusual for hotels in that area.

It's a great location just a block or so from King's Cross Station, which makes it super easy to get anywhere in London. It's very typical of rooms in that area, so they are small, but it's fine for the price.

The stairs. I was on the top floor and difficult to carry a heavy suitcase up there. It would have been useful to have a phone in the room to call reception.

Clean, tidy and the room had everything I needed. I loved that I could leave the key at reception 24/7. I also loved the ice cold water that was included.

Some people might find the room a little small. It didn’t bother me at all, as I was only there for one night.

Couldn’t have had a better location for access to Kings Cross station. For what I needed, basically a comfortable bed for the night, it was perfect. Staff were super friendly and helpful too.
