Cleanliness of the hotel was great but rooms could use a refresh.

The staff at reception was very helpful. I can’t say enough about the reception service. Any questions we had regarding transportation or attractions were answered clearly and completely. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to Big Ben, Westminster, London Eye, etc, and many options for food and coffee. Also within 5 minutes of Lambeth North station.

The shower was not really a proper shower but just a shower attachment - hand held and it did only work when hand held as it would not work when positioned on the wall bracket. we were told it was because we hadnt changed a setting on the shower head but I really do not think this would have made any difference, having used many showers in the past, they could just do with a shower upgrade and then all facilities would be great. Liked being able to make a cup of tea in the lobby area when we arrived in from our evenings out.

Our room was located close to the lifts which you could hear when in use so would have preferred a room away from this as it did wake me up in the morning.

Perhaps a kettle in the room for tea & coffee but this was available in the reception - I just hadn't experienced this before.

The reception staff were really friendly and so helpful. I couldn't fault them. They let us check in early which was really welcome.

15 minutes walk from London Eye. Free tea/coffee available in reception area. Reception area has dining space for eating takeaways. The lovely receptionist offered to get us cutlery and plates too to eat our takeaway off of.

Shower took a long time to heat up...might've been the luck of the draw

Location: 5 min walk from the tube. The hotel itself was nice...free tea and coffee 24hrs a day...nice room, very quiet...good soundproofing from the outside noise...great value for money

Not having a restaurant or fridge or microwave. When someone was hungry but we didn't want to have to go far or spend a lot of time, we had limited options from the grocery store since we couldn't heat up anything, etc.

The location was great - close to all the things we wanted to do in London and close to an underground station, restaurants, and little grocery stores. We got 2 rooms side by side for us and our older kids which was great. Two of the staff at the desk were great and helpful, one was not so much but we didn't see him a lot. Overall, the desk gentlemen were great. It was nice having the water downstairs to fill our water bottles and to get tea and coffee whenever. It would have been great to have a microwave and fridge in the room though, but there's not much space. The rooms were small but served their purpose as we were out most of the time exploring London. We'd definitely stay again.

Location great as I went there for a party at Ministry of Sound (walking distance) and value for money fine as well. You should not expect a great bar and breakfast buffet but a good night sleep and clean room and shower!

Room was way too hot when we arrived but we turned off the heating and opened the window and it was soon comfortable.

Reception or booking didn't give accurate information of parking all they has to say is use your porking location 90175 instead I booked parking 2 miles away and spoilt the stay and I had to pay twice

Friendly check in, very helpful staff. Breakfast was not available, but a very recommendable coffeeshop/bakery really close by, also a friendly pub behind the corner. The room was on a quiet side, not too big, but very pleasant and also very clean. The subway is just 2 minutes away with direct access to Paddington Station.

No breakfast service (was indicated in reservation phase, not a big deal but would have loved trying an English breakfast in the hotel). It took very long for the water in the shower to get hot.

Good staff, kind service. The hotel was clean, very convenient area, close to Lambeth North metro station and near to Waterloo station as well.
