Location close to Station

Umh. It was gross and run down. The carpet is disgusting, they never vacuum or dust the place. The floors and stairs are so uneven and sink in that it feels unsafe. Breakfast was a joke. Beds were okay, room size was good enough for me and my friend. Bathroom was tiny but functional, even though sitting on the toilet had to be done sideways. Not even room enough to sit straight, lol!

Location was nice and it was decently prices but after seeing the place, it’s a good thing it was cheap-ish. But otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund and go elsewhere. the hotel is really close to Victoria train/bus station. It took us 15 minutes to walk towards Westminster abbey and big ben. Hyde park/ buckingham palace is around 30 minutes walking. Or you can take the underground metro from Victoria which is quite cheap and a fast way to travel. Since breakfast at the hotel is trash, we walked across the street to cafe nero coffee and there are other next door to get good breakfast and good coffee, just FYI

We couldn’t fault it.

The location was absolutely brilliant for us. It was very central and we were able to go out and do loads of sightseeing. Really enjoyed our time there.

There was nothing salty in the breakfast menu but many sweet things marmalade, nutella, honey, corns...

The breakfast was OK. Offering hot drinks was good.

Water was cold for much of the first night. There were no toiletries apart from a soap bar. The room was quite warm for our group.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Continental breakfast is good. Staff helped carry bags upstairs.

We got what we expected for the price. Air conditioning would have made a big difference to our comfort as it was hot in London.

No elevator and the breakfast

This is an old hotel. No elevator. The reason I gave it a good score is because of the location. We could walk to many attractions. The area is great and the people were very accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Good restaurants near by. It was priced well, however, the breakfast was lacking and very spartan.

Noise from room next door late into night. Few steps inside room to get to bathroom but we should have asked for room on grout floor due to mobility
