Booked the rooms for family, I pre warned the hotel we would be checking in at midnight, we got to our rooms and they was no beds made up for the kids ,in the end I had to go find some bedding and make the beds ourselves, not great when you have had a 7 hour drive.

Wait for food in evening- rude, stressed staff member telling us they had a large booking and we had to wait until after 8 who shouted the information at us. The wait was fine but her tone was aggressive and not welcoming.

A little way out from Plymouth.

Good sized room and very comfortable. Free parking available out front. Close to motorways. Nice hotel restaurant for lunch/dinner. Gym available for guests. Overall, good value for money.

Great room for a family of 4, nice to have 2 separate rooms. Lovely touch of bottle of prosecco in room. Fridge is a great thing to have when travelling with little ones. Plenty of space!

Oh dear, the restaurant was awful. I ordered a meal on the first night which was cold. It was almost 10pm so I just ate it anyway. The following night the staff walked out and ignored me and I had to get hotel reception to call them. They ignored the phone too. Eventually I was seated but they continued to ignore ne and started serving a gentleman who had just walked in. I walked out and made a complaint to the receptionist. The restaurant manageress came out and I was appalled by her attitude. I know why the restaurant is so bad . Just a short walk to Crownhill village and the Indian restaurant staff welcomed me, and I had an excellent meal. I know why the Hotel restaurant (The Fishbone) is empty. Food was poor and service non existent. I will stay in the hotel again but I'd rather walk across the road to the KFC than use the Fishbone!

The hotel is lovely, good location, great parking and the reception staff were fantastic. The lift speedily took me up to the 3rd floor where I had a fabulous room. Large bedroom with two king sized beds, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

We stay at the Future Inn quite often, we find it very convenient for our needs, plenty of parking, very large rooms. We always have a meal at the Hotel when we stay and the food is always cooked fresh and served hot. Also we have got to know most of the very friendly staff, we shall return.

The bedding and the furniture looked alittle tired. The bedding could do with being renewed. It didnt feel crisp and clean. The towels were thin.

Staff friendly and helpful spacious room clean complimentary bottled water and tea/coffee. Bed comfortable linen fresh and clean. Nice central location and complimentary apples around to help yourself to. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows on the bed they were very hard and lumpy which we thought was surprising considering the newness of the hotel.

The property was very modern and easy to get to if you have a GPS! We particularly liked the friendly staff , the breakfast and the cost of the room which was around 69£ which was extremely reasonable. We would definitely stay there again.

I don’t stay in many hotels these days and I wasn’t aware that key card to room had to be entered speedily. I was much too slow and it took a couple of days before I was made aware, by chance by a member of the staff delivering a meal elsewhere. On my first trip to receptionist perhaps they could have explained? Also when I first arrived first point of contact was good, a couple of receptionists during stay were a less cheerful. I’m aware it’s a difficult job but they should try…

Comfortable bed, lovely complimentary toiletries. Didn’t use them but nice to have iron, ironing board, hairdryer. Appreciated Easy access wardrobe, black out curtains, bedside lights. Very clean and welcoming in room.

We were fortunate to have two large beds in our room. The first wasn’t that comfortable but we switched to the other and that was fine so all good.

The staff are friendly and the bedrooms always seem to be massive which is great.

Dinner menu was a bit limited. Fancied something simple like a pizza, but none on the menu.

Enormous room with huge beds, high ceilings, big bright window. There is a Starbuck's in the car park which is great to grab a coffee en route to work. Very well kept communal spaces. Free water bottles in the room replaced daily - the little things mean a lot.
