Room we stayed in was basic compared to decor of communal areas. Bacon was cold on buffet breakfast but rest was hot.

Communal areas, restaurant, bar & lounge were very tasteful & comfy. Staff very friendly perfect location to walk into Woodall Spa.

A blind would be beneficial on the bathroom window, I felt quite exposed even through frosted glass. The seating wasn't very comfortable in the bedroom.

I loved the location, size of room, and en suite, and the keeping the age with the building. Clearly doing some renovation which is needed throughout.

Would not bother with breakfast as the selection was poor especially if you wanted continental. The dining room in the evening is in the main bar with a large tv screen so not a relaxing place for a meal.

The hotel has an excellent location, the room was clean and spacious with a large modern bathroom. First floor rooms have the option of a lift for access. Would come back.

This is a standard 3 star hotel, with a good breakfast, limited but adequate choice, its three star and everything was fine. Rooms were clean, staff lovely. On the Main Street, short walk into town.

Few cracks in ceiling tiles. TV channels need to be updated. Just looks a bit dated.

The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. The staff we encountered were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We were well looked after. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice to eat

The corridor to the bedroom had a fusty smell. My first impression wasn’t keen on the brown decor to the bedroom. But that’s my personal taste. The pillow on the bed was very lumpy and I immediately regretted not bringing my own pillow from home. There was a spare pillow in the wardrobe which was better but the pillow case didn’t look that clean so I swapped it with the one that was on the bed. One pillow isn’t enough for me so I ended using the cushion on the bed, not ideal as it was not wide enough. The bed sheet covering the mattress didn’t reach up and wasn’t tucked into the top of the bed so that kept moving.

Location was perfect to explore Woodhall Spa. The breakfast was really tasty and lots of choice. The shower was very powerful. Good tea and coffee facilities. The entrance and reception area look lovely. Mattress was comfortable. Bathroom and bedroom were clean.

Large room Super comfy bed, good quality cotton sheets. Powerful shower and lots of hot water Very friendly efficient staff, especially the two that worked in the dining room at breakfast. Good location on Woodhall Spa high Street. Not luxurious, but this is reflected in the price - functional and comfortable.
