The bathroom was not particularly well heated, apart from that all was fine.

The location was perfect for access to the city centre and the waterfront. Staff were welcoming and helpful and I was able to leave my bag there as I arrived before check in opened. The room was clean and well equipped. I will stay here next time I'm in Liverpool

The products provided in the bathroom were made by white company and they were excellent. The only thing I didn't like about the property was the quality of the duvets and the bedding. I think they could really improve the experience by investing in some better quality bedding. It wouldn't put me off staying there again because everything else is great.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the manager James. I like the interior decor of the hotel and it's location.

The fan of the bathroom is very noisy. We called to fox it but didn’t improve too much.

We stayed for Sunday night so the pub next door was quiet from about 10.30pm. It is open late most nights so noise could be a problem if you want an early night.

Reception unmanned when we wanted to check in about 8.00pm with a note to say someone would be with us in 5 minutes but it was nearer 15. I think a buzzer or bell with an indication inside to let staff know someone was waiting in reception would resolve this.

Bathroom light didn't always come on and had to be knocked on and off a couple of times to work. The glass shower door had to be slammed with some force to actually remain shut whilst in the shower. No great problems, but it's worth looking at.

Central location for all attractions but really quiet at night for a good night's sleep. Lovely rooms and really friendly staff.

Bit lacking in staff and when checking in had to wait 20 mins for someone to turn up when the sign on the desk said 5. Would be nicer to meet someone when arriving next time

I had a room at the front of the hotel , although my room had secondary glazing the loud music from the bars next door was still booming . Something to be aware of if you are an early or light sleeper.

The central location is perfect for walking to all main areas of interest. Entering the hotel you are met with a bright & clean reception area , the reception staff are all welcoming & friendly. The room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable ( I was fortunate enough to be upgraded in one of the two rooms booked) . I would definitely stay here again .

Sink tap handle was broken but usable. Heating was a bit slow to warm up the room.

Street side room could be noisy, there was no breakfast as informed however when I went at 9am to the suggested Alchemist next door they didn't open until 10am.

Very noisy bar, couldn’t sleep until 2am. Also, check-out at 11, it was unusual for a 4star hotel to threaten eeto charge you of you do not go out by 11:30.
