Parking could/should be included as they have one spot per apartment and it won’t be used by others if not by the guests of the apartment rented.

Great location, couldn’t get more central. Not too noisy. Good facilities available in the apartments.

Fire alarm went off Saturday night - had to evacuate; called number in case of a fire alarm - person sits in London and did not call back when alarm was over; popular nightclub downstairs - people noisy outside and I believe I could hear the bass of the music when lying in bed; parking spot for 201 could not be used due to large SUV in next bay; shower in separate bathroom does not really work properly

I liked everything. But wonder why homes apartments and hotels don't have hair dryer outlets in the bathroom to do your hair in front of a mirror. I've found that in 5 facilities on this trip.

Fully equipped apartment, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean. Loved the washing machine. Location is great, and the security is very good.

We liked everything about the apartment. We rented the 2 bedroom, and the second room had a double bed, we were expecting a queen, but may have misunderstood. A queen would have made the stay beyond belief.

The apartment was beautiful and comfortable! A GREAT location with a magnificent view. The photos I share are from the balcony-breathtaking!

We went in with the code got into the apartment with code and all the other times the key and fob on the table not this time so we phoned and was told we don't do that anymore which is not handy so went out when we came back there was a pob on the table it works a lot better so thanks for that it makes it a lot easier

Wifi was very poor, i checked in with the guest wifi but as soon as you step out of the living room to go to the kitchen or the hall way or bedroom you lose the wifi and you need to go back to the living room to connect to the wifi. Coverage in most of Inverness is like a third world country -- piss poor Parking charge of £15.00 a day is a rip off, i got to rose street multi story car park on the 23/03/24 at 11.15am and i left there on 25/03/24 at 14.30pm and i paid £18.00 for just over 2 days of parking

Lovely spacious apartment (210 ), it was spotless, kitchen well equip with everything you need and oven was spotless. Lovely touch with fresh milk in the fridge when we got into the apartment and plenty of choices of tea and coffee. Spacious bathroom with a powerfull shower and a big comfy double bed in the bedroom Good size tv's in living room and in the bedroom.

Of the many times we have stayed this is the first time mattress was too hard. Although others may prefer that.

We have stayed in these apartments many times. We absolutely love them. Location and facilities are perfect. Great views, homely accommodation. Toiletries all provided, washing machine, wash powder etc. Accommodation is lovely and clean, bedding is also very nice. Internet available too. Shower was awesome!! We are never disappointed when we stay here.

We loved everything!

The apartment was beautiful and spacious and well-equipped. We stayed in a one-bedroom one and a half bath unit with a partial view. The hosts had thought of everything: an assortment of teas and coffee, milk in the fridge, kitchen ware, hair dryer, toiletries, bathrobes, a washer/dryer, and a coat rack next to the front door with an umbrella. Our biggest surprise was that we returned from our day's outing to find our dishes washed and our bed made. Amazing! The location is absolutely perfect. You're right on the river near shops, restaurants, and a big Tesco store and the Inverness Museum, Inverness Cathedral and the train station are a very short walk away. We liked it so much that we would consider buying one of these units if they were for sale.

It was hard to find the apartment and parking was almost impossible. The garage has a height restriction which is lower than most garages, so we had to find public parking. Getting to the apartment was stressful, once we were there, it was great!

The apartment had great views of the river with a great balcony and outdoor space. We loved the location and the apartment. Once we found it, it was easy to check in and get in and out. The apartment had great space and all of the extras that we would need. We would definitely stay there again and was perfect for our family. Extremely clean and well set up.

The bed was VERY comfortable, but i had forgotten to take my own pillow and found these were too high for me, Truly it is really hard to find anything to complain about, all I could suggest is pillows with two different thicknesses, but really the whole set up was so comfortable.

I am fussy about cleanliness and I thought it was very clean, and the kitchen layout was perfect. I loved the Templespa bathroom liquids. I usually use my own, but when I saw the Templespa brand, I used those. It was nice to have hand lotions as well. The apartment smelt really clean too. The view was lovely, even though a restricted view of the river, we did see it. The dishwasher was a great dishwasher too, and very handy. We had a bit of trouble using the apartment door access, but the gentleman who answered our call was able to solve it for us very quickly. Parking option is great, and the location is fabulous. We really. hope to be back on a longer trip next time.

Location was excellent. If there was one small thing I could be critical about it was that the view from the apartment wasn't that great but we where out most of the time next time I will book a river view room.

The lift up to the apartments had broken down on the day of our arrival.😞 As we had come to Inverness for some retail shopping you can imagine getting up to your flats especially when you are on the third floor.
