I requested a ground floor room travelling with a pet the room was spacious in fact perfect ☺️ the restaurant choice for evening meals was limited for choice the meal we had was okay all the staff were very friendly breakfast very good 😌

The in room screen shows out of date info. There isn’t a pool anymore (sadly) and the 24hr room menu wasn’t recognised by restaurant staff leading to confusion and incorrect orders.

Lovely facilities and professional staff. Nice restaurant/bar area. Breakfast was top notch 😀

The room was always very well cleaned and fresh towels put out but the bin didn't always get emptied or the bottles of water replaced.

The setting of the hotel, in its own grounds with trees and lawns made it feel calm but only moments away from busy roads. The stand out feature was the breakfast. The choice and the quality of the different components was excellent including honeycomb and great sourdough. Having a fridge, safe and good drink making facilities in the room was great also a window that opened and let fresh air into the room. The air con wasn't needed most of the time despite in being July. Having access to a well kitted out gym was a bonus and finally free and plentiful car parking really made the stay great value.

The only thing which is out of your control as lots of the trees have been cut down. We did hear lots of traffic noise.

The only minor comment would be that the reception staff did not come across as helpful and friendly as the restaurant staff.

There were ground floor rooms with French windows closer to breakfast. Next time.

The room was wonderful, superb bed with a very useful location (next to a door for ease of access for our ancient hound), the wonderful grounds for walking the hounds. But, the best bit was, as ever, the breakfast.

The hotel is a bit bland and the choice of evening menu was very limited.

Dirty pots were left outside of our room from previous guests (a plate with a half eaten dessert on) that hadn’t been taken away. There were also multiple glasses and cups outside of other rooms that hadn’t been take ln away. We had a drink in the bar in the evening outside and the tables hadn’t been fully cleared (left over cutlery and glasses) left behind. Also, cigarette ends were scattered on the floor outside and the garden areas weren’t very well maintained

Couldn’t easily walk into Cobham as have to negotiate a large roundabout. Able to arrange taxi easily though.

Quiet location on outskirts of Cobham 5 minute drive into Cobham. Clean, comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Good location to explore Surrey. Cobham had a section of bars and restaurants to choose from.

The parking bays were very small. The water wasn’t hot when I had a shower on Sunday morning.

The dinner was as always very good and the breakfast was first class - great selection including crumpets and very good bread. Restaurant staff very friendly and helpful as were all the staff we encountered.
