Our 1st night was simply awful - people next door had a party until 4.30am and we reported issues to the hotel at around 2.45 - people came up but guests ignored - awful people - we spoke to reception and asked to be moved the next day - they upgraded room and moved us and 2nd night was far better

The hotel are multiple buildings ,you might be in the tower or the shorter Bulding also you might get lost while looking for your room also the cafe in the lobby are expensive if we compare it with the one across the street

We had a large family room that was very comfortable for 2 adults and 3 children. Although our stay was very short the hotel was ideally located and we all enjoyed the breakfast.

The room was located close to the elevators which were noisy and in use 24/7. Waiting on the elevator took way too long. The line for breakfast was also very long.

The room itself was lovely with a beautiful view. Lobby was very clean and staff were very friendly and presentable.

It was too hot inside, and couldn’t open the windows so very stuffy, and a/c only works on heat. The telephone didn’t work and we couldn’t contact reception or order. It was fixed on the 3rd night.

Half of the hotel (the corridor/block that our room was in) needed some modernisation. For the price that we paid, I expected a bit more. When the sofa bed is down, you could not open the fridge.

Most of the hotel was modern and rather plush. The room was clean and tidy.

Up on check out when we were making sure we were not leaving anything behind we did find rubbish ( including food ) from previous guests. So cleaning between guests was at a minimum. We did point that out at the desk when we checked out.

First time in London so we did not spend much time in the room. We did not take advantage of the breakfast. Location was good, not excellent but good. Would very well consider staying here again. Staff was polite.

the room didn't have slippers; I forgot to pack mine so felt annoyed not to find any in the room it would be nice to have toiletries as well; ended up buying cotton buds from the pharmacy across the st. due to the location of the hotel, even though we were on the 22nd floor, the fact that you hear sirens all night was disturbing finally, the room service needs improving as you can clearly see the dust on top of the mini fridge which clearly was never wiped.

the hotel in general was bigger than expected, the cafe downstairs had good coffee and sandwiches, the room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, the good thing about the location is everything was basically open during xmas so it wasn't difficult finding something to eat. the staff made our stay comfortable; the concierge team were very friendly and helpful since we got there, also the front desk guy was very helpful and made our stay extra special since we were celebrating our anniversary "unfortunately I never got to catch his name"

The management of the breakfast was not on top. Coffee machine several times out of order, and the management didn't notice it; during the last hour of breakfast different products were no longer available. The toilet in the room got blocked several times in the morning; the staff was fixing the problem only in the late afternoon.

I would have liked the shower cubicle to be a bit more spacious.

I was allocated a room on the 20 floor of the tower. The room itself was very comfortable, cleaned daily. The view from the room was fantastic. Breakfast was also super with a choice for everyone's liking.

staff, I requested a blanket, and the immediate response was "I think we don't have more blankets" Then I requested them to check and confirm but took a long time to confirm. Another point, I made the payment by card at the reception but forgot to take my bank card out of the machine. The staff did not notice that just finalizing the payment paper, later on, the security guy brought the card to my room but the way knocked on the door and asked investigation questions was too scary.
