Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United KingdomWe have been staying here every 3months for a meeting through many years. The food this weekend was the worst ever. The apple crumble was soggy, the dessert was poor and they had to redo the chicken. We ordered buffer meal for the kids but they were asked to place orders when they arrived to eat. Breakfast scrambbled eggs and mushroom were dry. I asked myself if the chef used air fryer. Could not use the gym and swimming pool long gone.

United KingdomI needed a snack when dinner was closed as had overslept n missed dinner. 2 biscuits literally 2 pieces a small.pkt of crisps costed £5.80 Over charging cant even describe its extortionist !!!they should install a vending machine for snacks otherwise exploiting people doesnt give the hotel a good name. And as it was a sunday no supermarkets were opened its ridiculous to overcharge. For that i wont recommend people buy snacks at the desk . Bring ur own snack or buy ealier in.lidl or Aldi that is near
Reception staff was excellent . The gentleman who checked me in went over and beyond in accomodating my needs . Breakfast was excellent room was very clean, very quiet and hospitality girls were just fabulous. Location excellent parking was really good and no extra charge unlike other holiday inn in other location. Decor in all areas was very good , clean and modern. A very modern feel in all areas. carpets were very clean
