Check in was a bit chaotic, with lots of staff but seemingly no urgency. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but it stopped after a few seconds.

For a budget hotel, the room and facilities were as expected. Bed very comfortable, all facilities spotlessly clean.

Toilet room is very small, this did actually cause us some problems with us being bigger sized. I think you need to automatically provide two pillows on your beds as one pillow is never enough for comfort. Could do with having plug sockets near the bed, if I required a CPAP machine I would not be able to stay in that room.

I liked the vending options and food menu. Also liked the sport being on in the reception area. I liked the fact the room was better than expected. It was cleaner and and more comfortable than assumed.

The fact you have to pay extra for parking and breakfast or the cost of those things seems alot along with the basic room.

Our key cards stopped working after our first night there but it was a very easy fix so barely a minor inconvenience:)

How the toilet room is really small and our air conditioning didn’t work which was unfortunate as was very cold

Outside of building very dirty. Dirty laundry in outer area and on floor by carpark. Toilet in room very small. Double mattress very uncomfortable.

Went to cardiff with daughter for shopping and concert Room was basic but perfect and charged accordingly. Toilet very small. Staff super friendly . Location very close to our venue but super quiet.

The only thing that let it down was the size of the toilet room. It was tiny. Knees almost touched door when sat down and it had pebbledash texture on the walls. The toilet also seemed very low so if someone has mobility problems or is on the taller/larger side this would be a challenge. Also the flush mechanism wasn't great. Large plastic square on wall which seemed flimsy and didn't flush the toilet adequately regardless of whether you held it down or not

Easy to find, happy smiling staff upon arrival. Clean entrance. Option of rooms. Rooms were adequate for a budget hotel with towels and soaps provided. Large shower cubicle. If sharing with friends just know you will end up flashing the other guests as the door is translucent glass. Short distance to city centre. Basic food and snacks available. Close to shops and restaurants.

I booked and paid for a car parking space through Just Park, but the car park was full and I had to park in a disabled space which was the only one free

Breakfast is £8.50 which could be considered if they had any cooked provisions - only yogurt, pastries, meats, cheese and toast Only one pillow per person in the room and they're not the greatest of pillows Whilst the toiket in the room was lovely, the communal toilet in the hallway was not that clean

Close to St David's shopping centre and motorpoint arena Shower is beautifully warm Matteress was comfy and you can control the temperature of the room nicely Staff really pleasant
