We had a crack in the window of our room and what can only be described as pelet gun bullet holes. The floor of the room had not been cleaned very well.

Room was very basic, no armchair and only a plastic stool to sit on if you don't want to sit on the bed. With two single beds it made the room quite crowded. There is no kettle to make tea or coffee. No phone in room so when I ordered a take away delivery the only way I knew it was there was a text from the delivery driver

Although located next to a main road the room was to the rear of the property. This meant it was quiet so I was able to get some sleep. All rooms were on the ground floor which was great as having a dog with me meant that I had more than a suitcase to move.

Shower opened directly onto the room. £3 for parking was unexpected (you can park elsewhere for free, across the dual carriageway), as was the need to pay money to hire a kettle for the room. Never had that before - anywhere.

This was a cheap stay, so we are not really grumbling. This was the start of university year and Leeds was very expensive, so Bradford was a compromise. Bed was comfortable and linoleum floor was clean. Tesco is across the road, which is handy. At least a mile walk into town, but doable. We did it.

The place is pretty difficult to get to, is a little dated and the breakfast was poor - I wouldn't recommend paying for it. I've stayed in other Ibis Budget hotels which have all been far better.

It wasn't the greatest walk to the hotel and not the nicest location. Lots of people hanging around outside smoking which is always offputting. The room was very basic and had no kettle or spare pillows. No shampoo or shower gel either. It's cheap and cheerful!

The bed was fairly comfortable. The shower was actually very good. I was expecting lots of noise but it was OK!

Have stayed here many times and always great staff and clean accommodation, but on this occasion signed in went to my room 212 to freshen before I went out to visit a friend, came back at 11pm unable to get into my room, summoned chap behind desk who was very helpful only to find they had re allocated my room with all my belongings including iPad still in room 212 to someone else, not happy, they gave me room 30 ok it was clean but smelt damp and aircon unit was flinging water out when I switched it on,all the bedding felt that it needed a good airing, so on this occasion the stay was a bad experience, something wrong with there booking system when it does not pick up that a room is already occupied

Room bit small apart from that was okay. Importantly they have charged us for cars. I have no idea why they have charged us. I never ever paid before any of like this kind of hotel before no matter what? I paid £6 for two cars.

Location not to bad near by road. I think any one can this place easily. Lots of spaces for car parking. Plus I guess I like security as well no one can get in without card. Would be even more secure if receptionist challenged the person who interring the building.

No kettle or tea making facilities in room. Windows do not open very wide to allow to ventilate room - my room had an interesting aroma in the bathroom when I arrived yet the bathroom was very clean.

Cheap and cheerful, this hotel is definitely more of a budget hotel where you get what you paid for. The bed was very comfy if a tad low. The room is pleasant and cleaned regularly. Staff are quick to note any issues.

The sofa bed was so noisy ,everytime u turned over it made such a noise. Woke up with mosquito bites but guess because of the weather and trees outside. Location was great and overall good stay for the money .staff were very friendly, smiley and helped with our queries

There was no kettle in the room to make tea we had to buy one. We were told conflicting information so we spent a night without heating as staff at reception told us there was no heating. My partner subsequently caught a bad cold. I think front off house staff need to know what is available for paying guests to inform us accordingly.

The location was great and once the heating situation was sorted out we had a pleasant stay. We bought a kettle tea snacks etc and made our room a home from home and it was nice to be able to use the microwave downstairs so we brought in our own food.
