The standard room is very small, however the bathroom is a bit too much space compare with the size of the room. The room stayed was above the laundry room, noise from the washing machine late night, couldn’t sleep so well.

Friendly and kind staffs. Good surrounding areas with green spaces, lots of parking spaces, good walking distance to nearby Kingston centre. The breakfast is fair good. The room is very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast quality on the fresh cooked food was very bad quality Sausage was awful, beans with no flavour, no bacon Shared pot for marmite which is not hygienic

Not much food option at breakfast as the other guests didn't eat pork so we couldn't, the chef said they would cook for us but a 20 minute wait would have been, so instead we had more toast Also didn't know where the master switches were for the rest of the room lights, apart from 10 minutes before we checked out. Thats when we found them (behind pillows on wall)

The whole place is far to hot! the radiator in the bedroom was on full with no way of turning it down. Had to sleep with window open and then disturbed with road noise. Gym also to hot! heating on full and fans to cool it down !!

The fact that I wanted an upgrade to 3 single beds. The reception said nothing is available. I didn’t want 1 double bed. I went on their website and guess what??? There was few rooms available with 3 single beds. I booked it via their website and paid extra £110. Why did that guy say there was no rooms? I paid extra simply because he didn’t want check for an upgrade and yet I couldn’t get a refund for that room I booked through booking.com.

The bath had hair in it as it was not cleaned very well and carpit was not very clean. It might have been a very busy wkend for them.

This my second time visting and the stuff members feel like friends espcally Entala who remembered me and said welcome back. WOW you touched my heart to remeber me after a year. So welcoming and friendly. A good slection of food for lunch. Fish , meat and vegtables. Great pudding.

Not much tea options or any herbal tea options at all mostly coffee. Would be nice to have a glass in the bathroom for brushing teeth and rinsing mouth. Water from the shower leaked onto the floor leaving it very wet as the shower screen would not stay over the bath. Would be nice to have a plug for the kettle near to the desk as I had to keep on moving the kettle to use it from the desk as there was no nearby plug. Would be nice to have a bedside lamp or just one light near the bed instead of having all of the 3 lights on or the lower light near the entry door.

Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of towels, heating was on! Water was hot. Extra blanket was very nice and nice to see extra towels in the wardrobe which was very useful.

The room was a lot smaller and very dark compared to pictures on the website. We found a wet bath towel on our bed and another hand towel on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived which we did complain about so it meant us asking for more. There was a stain on our duvet cover. The door isn’t self lock. The woman who greeted us at reception wasn’t friendly.

Plenty of spaces for parking and free of charge! Good location to a lot of places in Milton Keynes and plenty of room to chill out in the bar area if with a group of people.

No drinking water in the room or anywhere else available. Reception told me they don't give water, but one can fill a cup from the coffee machine in the restaurant. It is not ideal as one cup, not enough to walk to the room and back. I'm not sure how people can make tea coffee in the room as kettle provided, but no water
