The bathroom in our room smelt of sewerage & tje extracter fan did not work but I reported on leaving & I'm sure the Management will rectify this.

The location is great....2 min walk to Bayswater station, walking distance to Hyde Park. Hotel reception smells nice. Staff are very friendly & helpful.

This hotel has a lot of internal noise from other rooms. The access to the rooms is often around for fees, with stairs etc which is tricky with big cases.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice before but this time the staff were much friendlier on my arrival and went out of their way to help me with getting my bags to my room. This time I was in a petite double and I would book this again as it’s a perfect size for a solo traveler

Breakfast was terrific, something for everyone. Location near Hyde Park, tube stations all very convenient. The bathtub did not drain properly and the sink was designed for looks rather than functionality. The were no assist rails for those of us who might be more comfortable not falling on our keisters. Absent that it is a first rate hotel.

The water temperature in the toilet shower fluctuated, going from hot to cold over time. The floor in the shower area is wet and inconvenient because there is no door and water leaks out. Because the hallway is painted black, it is extremely dark when entering the room.

I was given a room with windows that are higher than my head; because of this, I am unable to even open them. Then I asked for a change. It was such a blessing that a male employee assisted me in checking out the other three rooms. In the end, I was assigned a room that exceeded my expectations, particularly the window that allowed me to let in natural light. The hotel is at the ideal location—Bayswater Underground Station is easily accessible. Numerous eateries in the area.

The only issue was the windows to the street weren’t double glazed and therefore the sound from the street was very loud but that didn’t bother us too much and wouldn’t stop us from staying here again.

The location and the hotel were fantastic. Clean, spacious and modern. We loved our stay.

There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel

I love the location of this hotel next to Hyde Park. The Hotel is well taken care of in very good condition. The room I had was great. It was in the basement but that didn’t bother me too much as a room was well laid out with a large bed and space to move around, which is always important.

Sadly we were not given clear instructions on how to book nearby parking and how to claim the hotel discount properly. Leaving us to have to pay a much larger amount unexpectedly . Staff should give extra support to guests when checking in or prior to arriving.

The window wouldn't close on the last night so made our room very cold . But management gave us a different room free of charge which was very kind of them.

The room size was excellent for the price. The location was near two tube stations, so made returning to the hotel very easy .

I was given a basement room with only one window facing a dark area. I think for the price I paid, the room shouldn’t have been in the basement. The room also smelt damp, due to the en-suite and room being poorly ventilated. Myself and my guest also had an uncomfortable sleep as it sounded like people were trying our door throughout the night, perhaps the door is just loose and easy to rattle. Also a housekeeper opened our door at 10am, when checkout was at 11am. Not sure why this happened.

Clean and welcoming place. We stayed with our small dog, there’s a £20 surcharge and the hotel provided a dog bed, food & water bowels and even a sachet of food which was a nice touch.

Poor maintenance and planning of a disability access room. Toilet seat broken on arrival leading to an unnecessary near miss fall. Air conditioning broken and unable to open windows. Unable to close the bathroom door from the outside meaning no dignity for him in using the facilities once I’d got him settled in there. Grab rails placed behind where he stood, no effective grab rail to stand in the shower. Two low sinks but I’m not disabled. And no chair provided for him to sit at them.

The tv channels were a bit disappointing, and the room was quite small in size....you do have to walk sideways down the beds. But to be honestly tv and room size were not our main reasons for visiting London.

The location was excellent, near two tube stations and a road full of restaurants and food outlets. Breakfast was really enjoyable with very good coffee and service. The room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were always available. Shower was nice and hot at all times.
