Beautiful room! We got a free upgrade, which was a nice suprise. Really comfy bed, and the shower was great. We had a drink in the bar, quite expensive but to be expected due to the location. All the staff were so friendly and the hotel was spotless. Quick walk to security.

There was only 1 USB port in the room and no microwave.

The location in Termnal 5 is the biggest draw. It is sophisticated and quiet. I appreciated the bathrobes and slippers.

The price....other hotels next to LHR terminals are £50 a night less. I think the high price is because there is no other competition at T5 (except Thistle but that's not at the terminal). No mini-bar...although given the cost of the room, probably just as well...

Excellent location - 5 min walk to/from T5 departures/arrivals. Staff friendly, room is quite large, comfortable bed, nice chair with footrest, tea/coffee making facilities. Fridge, but no mini-bar (unusual for 5 star hotel). Didn't have breakfast there.

Some of the staff seemed a bit process focussed and inflexible, particularly at reception. Very quick to explain what they couldn’t do rather than think about what they could in response to requests. The breakfast buffet was a bit hit and miss in terms of quality and the tea/coffee staff were overloaded and not able to keep up.

The location is fantastic - easily accessible for any terminal but especially T5. It’s well signposted so easy to find.

Being allocated a room where the bathroom was for a disabled person. Not inviting not as nice to use. The food was also a little expensive especially breakfast.

Clean and tidy room. Bar food was tasty. The bed was really comfy, and the towels were a lovely fluffy white! Would definitely choose this hotel over the others at Heathrow Airport.

Aircon in room wasn’t cold. Having table cleared while still eating is a little off putting Pay extra for lounge access and it’s only open for two hours 6-8pm Mini bar has soft drinks only

The TV didnt work and had a small amount of channels. Can't fault them as the tv was fixed, minus the foreign channels.

Brilliant location for airport. Check in/out experience was pretty swift. Got a nice upgrade. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. Bathroom was spacious and nice toiletries.

Too stuffy. Too much horrible piped music. Disgusting interior design. Rudeness of the other guests who didnt thank the helpful staff.

Good Breakfast with lots of choice. Clean comfortable room but too hot and couldnt open the window. Good location to access the airport with less hectic journey. Good access from Central London via Elizabeth line.

Paid for breakfast left very early and was given a carrier bag for breakfast, one for each. An apple a carton of Apple Juice and a yogurt bar. Seriously? At £25/head. First room was dirty.

Was given wrong information regarding restaurant opening time.My accommodation was pre paid.Was not asked to leave a card and therefore after having evening meal, was asked to go down to reception, rather than paying when departing. A staff member came to room, I felt this was an error

I did not see signage directing me to the hotel once I exited the arrival section or even in the elevator. Adding such would be beneficial
