No fridges in the room although there is a shared fridge in the dining room.

Clean, very friendly staff, fabulous room for the price paid. Shower is really hot and the pressure is good (you’d be surprised how many places don’t have that!)

Electric shower was hot but the flow was a bit weak, not sure if the shower head needed descaling. Also kept falling forward on the shower bracket. Our room was located above the main reception and was a little noisy in the daytime as there's a TV and sofas in reception and you could hear people entering and leaving the hotel and talking. Needn't have worried too much as we slept well, the TV was turned off at night and it was mostly quiet apart from the odd guest returning to or leaving the hotel but the hotel didn't seem to be too busy when we stayed. Wouldn't stop me from staying again but if the hotel had been fully booked I might have struggled with the location of room or noise level so something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper.

Room spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable with decent mattress and warm quilt, nice ensuite bathroom with good sized bath and over bath shower. Lots of wardrobe space and cupboards to store items. Tea and coffee provided and biscuits which is nice. Staff friendly and polite. Quiet location and didn't hear much street noise or traffic so we slept well. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but it looked nice. Hotel close to amenities and within walking distance to main attractions in city centre. Very close to train station.. Very reasonably priced for a hotel in Norwich. Free car park is a bonus but it is has 4 spaces and is first come first served. There is some limited on street parking as well.

The breakfast was a little disappointing, as despite it being called a ‘continental’ no pastries were to be found.

The location, close to the railway station and a 10 min walk to the centre of town. The room was clean, and the soundproofing was excellent 3 good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful with a smile. Despite no ensuite bathrooms, the bathrooms are kept clean, and I had no issues sharing.

I had to sleep with window open due to the warm.weather. a fan could have been a solution. There was a lot of noise outside my room which overlooked the car park and frequent disruption to sleep due to noise outside.

At Breakfast everything was in individual plastic portions and so we felt there was a lot of plastic waste.

They made the effort to phone me at our expected time of arrival to make sure I could find them. That was very attentive of them, a lovely thing to do. The room was comfortable and clean. Close to a decent pub and a friendly Indian takeaway. Ideal for what we wanted. I thought it was very good value.
