The bathroom door was made of fluted glass probably, and we've considered it a bit indiscrete. Nothing that harmed the overall experience, though.

Very good experience, we liked the room, the bed was big and comfortable, breakfast with many different / local options, near important underground stations and touristic locations.

Quilts were too small for the bed. Feather mattress topper allowed the feather bones to poke through which was a little uncomfortable, but definitely not a desl breaker.

The mattress was lumpy and needs replacing. False fire alarm went off during our stay (understand these things happen) however, I phoned reception twice to see if all was in order and was cut off twice without speaking to someone so felt there was a very little communication as to what was happening, hence, we got up earlier than we intended.

The staff in the restaurant and breakfast area are excellent very well trained and good at their job. The buffet breakfast was very good with a great choice of food. The cleanliness of the hotel is very good

There was a cockroach and the bathroom water would leak into the bedroom

It was very spacious. Good size bathroom and bed. Breakfast is amazing with a good selection.

The bar experience was a bust. We had gone down to get a few snacks and a drink, and the whole experience was very confusing. We couldn’t tell whether it was table service or if we had to go up to the bar. At some point, I waited at the bar while my bf waited at a table, and neither of us were served or paid any attention to for a good 15 minutes. They seemed understaffed and distracted. We eventually just left, since it was pretty clear no one was going to serve us.

Elevator service a little slow. My son is allergic to detergents and the pillowcase he brought with him was lost by the cleaning staff.

In general a good hotel, located near the central area of London but at the same time in a quiet area. Good attention from the staff. Renovated, clean and comfortable rooms. One room was a good size, but the other was a little small. Reasonable price by London standards.

The welcome when we arrived was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, we got a mini tour of the hotel and the concierge took our bags to our room. Every member of staff was lovely and couldn’t do enough. The room was spotless. The location of the hotel was perfect, for all transport links and only a short walk from tourist attractions.

A bit noisy and I booked a twin room but was given a king size room which they said would be altered to suit, rang at 5pm and asked for it to be changed while I was out but it wasn’t. They also said they hadn’t been informed I was only staying 1 night instead of 2 but I know booking.com had informed them

I should like to take a coce from lounge to my room. The bed was a little to hard, I like it but my husband had not.

That I was opgaded to the lounge. I did not know that they had that. I loved the breakfast and the lounge.

In our time we generally found staff useful however communication was not always clear and having requested tea / supplies for the room, we had already checked out by the time it may have come to the room!

The room was lovely, facilities excellent and the location ideal for an evening in the city. We really appreciated the treats and little touches such as the birthday messages.

The water from the shower flows all over the floor and the water in the hand washing sink doesn't go down.

Very good location, modern and comfortable room, good breakfast and bar. I stayed during winter and the room was always warm which makes a big difference.
