Police turned up to arrest some of the locals , hang out spot for kids DO NOT GO THERE

Unfortunately whilst it's always been budget the place has become like a homeless shelter clearly people struggling with addictions live there I'm not unsympathetic to them I just had my 8 year old daughter with me so it was a totally unsuitable environment for her to be in

I hated everything about this place I'm a recovering addict myself so to be surrounded by so many sick people in active addiction was very very sad to see and this should be stated when stays are advertised I paid for 2nights I only stayed one and couldn't get a refund the owner are robbing no good tramps

I've been all over the world and stayed in some rough kips in France and in New York u.s.a but this place is the hell hole of all hell holes I wouldn't recommend a free night to a homeless person as they would probably leave with a severe drug problem

Paid £80 for 1 night and l have nothing good to say everything was bad, it was dirty, smelly, unusable. Staff smoking weed in reception. We did not stay we left.

noise lack of any facilities at all in room no batteries in the tv remote too hot unable to open window due to the noise of traffic and other residents sitting outside communal kitchen area absolutely filthy advertised as pet friendly and when arrived with the dog charged an additional £10 which was not mentioned in the information, bringing the cost of the room for what it was ridiculously overpriced

Hotel was clean, comfortable and easy to check in. Staff were friendly. Hotel room wasn't the biggest but it was still fit for purpose

What we didn't like is all what I just said no the room was dirty disgusting cobwebs mode bed sheets was not clean and my mate who we booked another room for a lot is he lock got locked then radiators off walls curtains was discussed in exception much appreciation if we could get our refund back thank you

We trun up went to are rooms and it was dirty cobwebs bed sheets when that claim loading the sink radiators off walls which one of my mates got locked in his own room and couldn't get out we did not stay more than 10 minutes on removal we spoke to a member of this stuff out the front desk and asking the coming another look that's how I rings Ben he was disgusted let's see how bad they were and he said even stay in there it was not clean enough it was disgusting and very important so therefore we would like the refund that we paid thank you much appreciated

The room needed a clean and it had a fag smell in room if to say someone was smoking in the room

Shocking. Hotel ?? at back of Industrial Estate in Stockton. Arrived at 7pm. No other cars in car park. All I saw was people arguing in corridor. Open doors & TV's at full volume. Left immediately.........what a relief. Obvious that local Council was using it to house problem persons. This hotel must NOT be open to general public. Feel my money has been stolen under false prensions.

This was more a hostel than a hotel, despite a notice saying that the premises is " No Smoking " there was a very stronge smell of cigarette in the building and in the room that we were in. I saw a resident open their window and smoke in their room. The room that we were in the smoke detector was actually covered over. Despite seeing cleaners everyday there was an unpleasant smell throughout the building.

Any of it very misleading

The only thing in the room that was clean was the bedding. It smelt of dog I think you should tell customers before they book that it's a dose house not a hotel
