We often need a place to stay on the north side of Rome. Great location (proximity to the Temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints). Nice rooms… just all around great!

Amazing choices at continental breakfast. I am forever spoiled now. The gentleman that checked us in was so knowledgeable. He helped us find a great place to park close to but not in the city. He told us exactly which trains we would need to take to get to where we wanted to go and gave us restaurant recommendations. The entire staff was awesome.

Could have some grain bread as another choice.

Included breakfast was varied and tasty. Our 3 night stay was in unit 24 a separate part of the hotel. Very nicely decorated. Bed was a queen-size. Bathroom with wide sink, large modern shower. Quite due to all the shrubs & trees and the layout. Hotel offers a morning shuttle service on demand to the train station. Great to get to old Rome. To get back you may either take the train then taxi to hotel or taxi from town to hotel.

The only disadvantage I would say is location. I am someone who stays in hotels away from the city as I always drive around in Europe , usually I find train stations nearby park my car in a public parking near the station and use the trains. Unfortunately this hotel is located in a suburb where many people commute to the city and most parking spaces are always full.

It’s newly renovated and very modern and comfortable room at a fairly decent price and they do have a good breakfast spread as well. Most rooms are ground floor and parking is plenty and it’s free.

Breakfast room was under renovation so breakfast was served packed in bags to the room. There was no variety and no fresh vegetables and fruits. Also the coffee in the room was from simple machine capsules. We missed good fresh espresso Italiano. For same reason there was no bar at the hotel. I hope that they will finish the renovation soon. Other than this everything was perfect.

Totally renovated, everything is new and clean. Rooms were very spacious, with all the facilities. Free parking on site. Very conveniently located near highway, which allows to get to Rome center, Tivoli, other towns and Fiumicino airport in 30 minutes by car. The staff were nice and attentive. The pool is beautiful, clean and big.

The rooms are large, beds are really comfy! The minibar is full with drinks and snacks that you can enjoy during your stay. Hotel is really close to Centrum, if you have a car it is super convenient. Breakfast box was full of delicious and high quality products. Although we normally skip breakfast, we couldn't resist them!

Location was a little too far from the city if all buses and trains lined up it was as quick as 30 minutes but often took an hour with bus delays.

Fantastic friendly attentive staff, nice big clean rooms free shuttle service to the train station and huge complimentary breakfast each morning.

Little bit far from city center, you need to have a car / uber or to use unconviniently bus / train. Due to reconstruction of room for dinner we received breakfast to the room. We were noticed upfront, so really no bid deal

Really appreciate help from staff allowing us early check-in at 8am with no extra charge. Hotel is modern and well equiped and there is lot of free parking space.

An excellent accommodation just outside of Rome center but perfect for my next day business. Very cosy small villas in a green neighborhood with large studios, I found it warmed up after being welcomed by very kind staff at reception. I had a tight schedule next morning and my breakfast was timely served in the room

the hotel seems to be undergoing some sort of refurbishment as the communal areas did not reflect the high quality of the rooms and were rather old and in disrepair.

our room was beautiful. a newly refurbished, large room with access to a small walkway/garden. we were able to park almost outside the room which was great as we travel with a small dog and easy access to the car is important. The reception staff were great with restaurant recommendations and very friendly.
