rooms and bathrooms immaculate, lovely decor/bedding. lovely warm bedrooms. dining area cosy and welcoming with lovey comfy seats. wonderful, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Amanda on reception was so lovely. I was staying here whilst visiting the lakes for a funeral and my stay was very relaxing. excellent food (breakfast and evening meal). very comfortable beds. excellent location on the edge of Keswick. free parking. dog friendly! can’t wait to return with my family. staff kindly accommodated a slightly later check out which was very much appreciated- thank you. A wonderful hotel in the Lakes.

The whole experience was lovely from start to finish. The hotel was decorated and funished beautifully, our room was equally lovely. Our bed and pillows were sooo comfy. We decided to stay for dinner after our long day out, and both the food and service were impeccable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and the staff were professional and attentive. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Not something I don’t like but Cream carpets are a bold move for a dog friendly hotel frequented by hill walkers!

The hotel was absolutely beautiful, the decor was amazing and the room was immaculate. The staff were friendly and polite, with nothing too much trouble. We took our dog with us and they had water bowls in the bar which were always full. At breakfast he was even given a sausage so he didn't feel left out! Such an amazing hotel!!

The big glitch is the proximity of a noisy road . Some wouldn't mind and some would.

The only one comment which is only minor and not even significant on as the whole place is fantastic but the mirror in the room is high. I had to stand on a chair to do my hair 😂 (I’m 5ft 1)

The hotel is recently refurbished and looks fantastic! The rooms are beautifully clean and well presented with lovely decor. The main areas are clean, again with tasty furniture. You can tell they’ve put a lot into doing it up. The bed was so comfy with an exceptionally comfy mattress topper. We slept great. The food is fantastic and at the level of fine dining.

Loved Everything! The property was modern, exceptionally well presented and spotless. The staff were friendly, rooms modern, beds comfortable, both breakfast and evening meal were superb. Plenty of parking and a great location. Couldn't ask for more.

My partner said the mattress on the bed was a little too soft for his liking but it really wasn't an issue.
