Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was very basic and small and didnt really look much like the pictures, BUT, it was clean and tidy and fit for purpose.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman on reception. The breakfast was ok, basic but tasty, everywhere was nice and clean. The position was brilliant for the main parts of Putney and also for traveling to the city.

EstoniaEverything was very good except the hot sausage in the brekfast menu. Please replace that, or add second hot choice to the buffet. All other choices were OK and breakfast, in general, good.
Good location, accessible by metro (zone 2). Room was small but everything what we (2 adults + 1 kid) needed was there. The bed was confortable. There was kettle in the room (with free tee, coffee, bisquite). Room was quiet during the night. For evening, several eating options in some hundered meters distance.

A spacious room with a spacious bathroom for a good price which would be impossible to get closer to the center. One has to take the metro to get there, then it is about 10 min on foot which is absolutely no problem. Clean room and good breakfast

NetherlandsIt is very expensive for a hotel outside of central London offering very basic service. The room could sometimes feel cold even though there was heating in place. The extra little heater did the job though… There is very little to no staff available and doing a check in outside of the hotel in the rain was not an ideal experience with a small child while inserting information I already provided via booking.com…
We wanted to stay in the area where our friend lives and so we stayed in Putney. We liked the room was clean and we had everything we needed.

Lovely warm welcome from guy on reception. Room was very clean & comfortable. We had a room at the back of the hotel & it was very quiet, no noise disruption at all. Great location, close to Putney Bridge & riverside. Lots of nice bars & restaurants close by including The Half Moon music venue. Just a short walk to Overground & Tube stations.

Breakfast was good. I had been to the Fulham match that evening and travelling by train was difficult that day due to a train strike. So it was handy to stay close to the ground.

IsraelIt says you get free care products - you only get a soap that also functions as shampoo. no toothbrish or tooth paste. We had to buy everthing. The area is pretty far from the center of london which made the travelling inside London fairly exepensive (but we took it into account since we knew it was pretty far. just keep in mind that it would cost you more)
The hotel is in a greatlocation in Putney area - notice that it is in the south of London and pretty far from the center. It's close to the main road where you have tones of places to eat or drink (visit MeiMei which is right next to the hotel if you like Chinese food). It's also close to the Thamse river, and also pretty close to the train station (around 10 minuets walk) and also pretty close to a cute park. The room was basic but clean and pretty spacious. There was cleaning service everyday, and we got new cookies with the tea almost everyday as well. The stuff were very kind and helpful. There was also breakfast included in the price of the room (didn't had a chance to eat it, but it's was great to had that option)

Particularly in the night when there is noone at the reception. I would always stop and wait for door to close
