the room was a lot smaller than the pictures, the shower door was broke, the door wouldn’t lock from the inside so it had to stay open all night, the door you had to force open across the floor, no tv and the signal was awful.

We spent a lot of money on this accommodation and we had barely enough room to put our luggages on the ground, let alone walk. We had an accommodation for 4 people and admittedly, I’m shocked they expected any more than 2 could stay in our room….

I had to insist on the room I had paid for (twin with bathroom) instead of the double with no bathroom they intially offered. The room was so small we had to take it in turns to get changed. There was a light bulb in the sink instead of a plug. No bedside lights, no plugs in the room, no light in the outside corridor, loose wiring hanging from the ceiling in the corridor.

The hotel is very tired, the photos look better than the actual hotel. It was very disappointing. My children asked us to change hotels. I would of paid an extra 100 to go to a nicer hotel.

The staff was lovely. The location was great, expect 2 star hotel. We saw an advert for £40 a night in their window. We would of paid that, however we didn't so was pretty gutting!

the room wasn’t very nice, it was not clean the bedding had marks and it was just overall rough. There were no coffee etc in the room, I wouldn’t stay again but it was ok for one night somewhere to just sleep.

Bathroom was not clean and there was very little toilet paper. Only one outlet in room, located behind a bed which was difficult to locate and use. Room felt a bit askew, like you are on a boat. Lots of stairs to get to room, which we did not expect.

Good location. Easy check in and check out. Clean towels and sheets. Staff was nice.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sleep on, I was barely able to sleep on it. Soundproofing from the outside world was fine but noise from the hallway was nearly constant from other customers. Ensuite toilet was absolutely tiny and near unusable due to size limitations, if you're small you might be fine but it really was tiny. TV did not work as there was no signal. Hotel atmosphere and appearance also seemed nothing like the images they advertise with, very much need an update.

Staff were friendly and accommodating - the room I had booked wasn't available but I was given an upgraded room free of charge. Hotel itself is in the perfect location, it's near the underground and is a short walk from Kensington and Paddington. Bed covers and pillows were very comfortable and nice and having shelves in the room was very useful. Shower was a nice size. Really happy that the main light in the room also had a fan for cooling the room.

The room had multiple issues; Used condom under the bed (in our family room) Broken tile on the floor in the bathroom (sharp ragged edge) Shower door didn't close properly (had to hold it shut whilst showering No lightbulb in the side lamp TV aerial wasn't in place so no signal Bedbunk ladder wasn't affixed properly so came away when you climbed it

The manager (Mark) was outstanding in his friendliness, willing to help, and action requests. Location was fantastic

no duvet on single beds just sheets, bathroom was grubby, toilet seat was broken, mildew in tiles, no where to hang your clothes, only a foot gap between the double bed and single bed, no room to walk around I. the room, no glasses, no tea or coffee facilities in room, stains on the mattress, window did not open, no bulb in light by bed, the toiletries they say are there are what is left by previous occupant and this coat £200 for one night!

Tiny room, tiny bathroom, barely able to sit on the toilet or close the shower, used tissues under the bed, no toilet roll in the room when we checked it, thin walls could hear other rooms clearly at night, crack in the window, shower head doesn't stay up, water pressure was bad, plugs were in a inconvenient place of the room, one of the beds was just a single fold out bed with a cheap mattress, the owner/manager wasn't around and the guy running the place tried his best but didn't seem to know what to do.

The wifi didn't work at all, the room was not clean, especially the bathroom, shower wasn't properly cleaned. The heating was on constantly and could not be turned off, which meant that we had to sleep with our door open with was not safe, but it was just that hot in the room! The room didn't even have a kettle or cups to make tea! I was really disappointed with this hotel

The rooms was so small we had 2 rooms and one room had no window so with the heating on all night was very hot in room and the other room was very small and you could see when you went the bathroom as the door was just a shower door it was dirty and dusty

The girl on desk was new but she was very helpful but the other lady didn't seem to know what we had booked we had to tell her but was friendly

Location was next door to a pub that played loud musical all evening. The heating in our room was constantly on full so made sleeping difficult. TV did not show any channels. Room smelt fusty and mould on walls...very poor standard of cleanliness and comfort. No breakfast as advertised when booked. Didnt expect 5 star but this was at a very bad standard even as a no star rating.

Location was excellent, short tube journey to central London.Some nice restaurants in vicinity.

the room was extremely dirty, clumps of loose hair everywhere including on the wall that the bed was up against. The bathroom was awful, hair everywhere, left over body wash, the toilet brush was filthy and covered In ‘stuff’. I tried to check out and no one came even after waiting over 15 minutes. I couldn’t wait any longer because I needed to catch a train. I would not say this is a 2 star hotel.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my entire life, there was barely any toilet paper, we had not proper bath towels, the sheets were stain, toilet seat was broken, shelves and mirror were dirty, balconey was covered in bird poo, we didn't have any toiletries and there was no one at the reception for most of the time and when we checked out the lady was extremely rude to us and started shouting at us when we expressed our complaints about the room... STAY AWAY
