Be careful ordering room service tried to charge us £19.80 for a margarita that is less than £12 on their menu !

Good location, clean, well presented

rooms very small, toilet in separate area but no hand basin there. A little awkward when sharing with colleagues.

Food was really good, staff were very helpful.

great location and restaurant was good

When we arrived after a long journey from Cardiff, we were very kindly given a room upgrade to Executive room. Anyone would be right to think that that would imply that the room & facilities in the room would be much improved from the room I booked. Unfortunately it wasn’t and I wished I’d declined the upgrade as the room I booked originally was much better. The bathroom in the executive room was tiny and the toilet was seperate to the bathroom, in what I can only describe as a ‘broom cupboard’ I’m not exaggerating, you literally couldn’t go in & then shut the door behind you!!! Really disappointing, as nice as the gesture was to upgrade us, I wish it hadn’t been offered, the room definitely wasn’t worth the money I originally spent on the booking.

Location was perfect for the event we were attending at the Excel, staff, facilities & food were all great. I booked a standard room with Queen size bed for 3 nights was looking forward to the good size bathroom & room.

Although we got offered an upgrade the room still had a full bin and bottles everywhere.

It is so close to excel and transport links. We checked in early and got offered an upgrade.

Bathroom although adequate was pretty small. Separate toilet which was right next to entrance and in a small, dark cubby hole with very little room, no ventilation nor cleaning products (brush, air freshener, etc.). Entrance to room really tight on space with hardly any room for hanging clothing. Lighting in room rather limited.

Location to ExCeL arena was excellent. Breakfast buffet hot and cold - excellent food quality and constantly replenished. Evening meal - excellent quality produce and value for money. Room - bed really comfy and no noise interruptions. Plenty of plug sockets. Particular shout out to staff members Klea and Jackson who provided excellent service with food and drinks.

Aircon was hardly working. I suffer with migraines and was affected badly as the aircon was like, was on but air coming out like someone blowing it through an straw.

Location and the comfort as we needed as much relaxation after walking an ton this weekend.

Not a lot to do near the hotel, one member of breakfast team was abrupt and rude in my opinion.

Location was great for the excel exhibition centre

Rooms could have been cleaner. They did not give us any soap and there were dirty spots in the rooms.

The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. The room was very comfortable and the hotel had a nice view. Transportation is easy, perfect if you are travelling for work because of the location (near London Excel)

The room was clean and smelled good. They have a small but useful gym with windows so we squeezed in a work out or two. Location is near Elizabeth line so getting into town is easy and fast.

For the price and rating few cosmetic issues with room but very nice nonetheless

The breakfast was nothing special (I expected more for a 4-star hotel).

The hotel is very convenient for attending conferences and conventions at the ExCeL London exhibition center. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance and it is a short walk to hop on public transit. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and my room was very spacious.

The price to stay an extra night doubled and I could not cancel the original booking so had to move to the Ibis next door which was perfectly adequate to stay within budget

bath and toilet was so small, there is no coffee and no mini bar drinks. The spot of the hotel is ok if you go to Excel or O2 arena but downtown is a bit far. the breakfast was terrible. It is not wort it for the money

Breakfast had a great selection and was great value for money. Location was excellent for what we needed! Beds were really comfortable and room was lovely.

Room service cleaning was quite poor. They arrived late in the afternoon, or not at all. We had no WC paper after the first cleaning and after 3 calls to reception and 10-11 hours they finally reacted.

Room spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff friendly and good atmosphere overall. Very close to train station and the Excel conference center.
