The was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

From the moment we arrived the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was well equipped and comfortable. The added bonus was plenty of parking.

The hotel was absolutely lovely from the decor, to the rooms and all the staff were so friendly. I would definitely stay again when I next visit my family and I would definitely recommend the Plas.

We couldn't fault anything.

We were attending an event in the Queens Hall so the location was perfect as the venue was directly across the road from the hotel. We had a meal in the hotel before going to the event and it was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back if only to eat.

Nothing springs to mind. However, at breakfast it would perhaps be better to have a table with coffee and juices fruit and cereals ready, rather than having to order these and wait for them to come with the serving staff. Its nice to have juice and coffee and cereal / fruit while you wait for the main breakfast.

Clean, airy and pleasant room with great bathroom and shower. Good TV, and wi-fi. Enjoyed the full breakfast too. Free on-site parking is always a bonus, and with Plas Hyfryd just a short walk from the top of Narberth's main street the location could hardy be more convenient for a short break in the town.

Beautiful old building which was decorated accordingly. Loved the location and the outlook. Everything was very clean and staff helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was really good and plentiful. I really can’t understand how this hotel isn’t rated 4*

The hotel is in a excellent location a short walk from the centre of Narberth. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good although we would have liked the option of some fresh fruit. We also had an evening meal that was excellent. We will stay again.

Staff service - impeccable. Couldn't have done more for us, friendly, knowledgeable, conscientious. Room - clean, well serviced, well laid out. Restaurant - Excellent choice of food and quality of the meals was excellent. Lovely feeling to the hotel.

Our only negative is that on arrival back to our hotel after our night out the outdoor door would not open. Alongside another family, we were stuck outside on the rain. Thankfully on call staff came to let us in so all was fine. I’m sure the door will be fixed.

Gorgeous hotel with period features. The staff were lovely and welcoming. We were lucky to be upgraded tina suite with ample space and even a terrace. Our stay was very comfortable with all we needed. They catered well for vegans at breakfast and the food was fresh and delicious.

Lighting outside shut off early some evenings making it difficult to see. Reported it to staff who ensured it was left on near our room exit.

Close to town Lovely outside seating area . Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals freshly cooked and again excellent.

Room 10, the radiator did not get hot enough to warm the room.

The bar and restaurant close early.

Comfortable bed and excellent breakfast. Also the lady on duty was very friendly when we arrived and offered to make sandwiches as the restaurant was closed at 9pm
