I got attacked by Seagulls at the fish and chip shop. The shop should have warned me much faster and clearer. Had to have a chest Xray and blood tests

The room we stayed in was so basic and needed to be updated. Smoke alarm going off all night and the couple above us were so loud made it hard for us to sleep. So thankful to come home

Dirty room spent 4 hours cleaning on arrival, no pillows for double bed (was promised some but never got them, was told to roll up a spare quilt if we had one) there was 5 of us in total we had 2 glasses 3 forks. Floors were sticky and unclean, remnants of the previous occupants under beds. Arcades lots of machines not working no staff to help, staff all look overworked and stressed.

Entertainment shows we're amazing the grandchildren loved them. The bluecoats worked so hard. From morning till night.

Sadly, it looks like the park suffers from serious under investment. The accommodation might have last been revamped in the 1980s, there is litter everywhere and the shower in our appartment did not work.

The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. When the shower wasn’t working at 10pm a member of staff came out to look at it and gave us keys to another room so that we could have a shower. All staff were very pleasant, the entertainment was great and there was a friendly atmosphere.

There was a few issues with the challets, electricity kept going off in my cousin challet and when we entered ours the cupboard door to the electric box was off and leaning against the wall, bare in mind I have a crawling 8 month so didn't let her crawl a lot. Defo need to concentrate on updating the challets and making things a lot safer and making sure people can actually lock the doors.

It was nice spending quality time with family.

Mould on the pillows, Damp in the chalet, curtains had mould on them Had to buy my own mop and bucket to clean the floor and some plug in air freshners. Toaster broke had to request a new one. As you walk in the door, metal poking of the frame my daughter caught herself on it and bruised her side... had to rip it off for the safety of my children. Plastic broke on one of the mattress and urine stain onit. A lot of the arcade machines was broken. Pool was dirty.

Close to Rhyl, entertainment was good.

the sofa bed was not a sofa bed so we only had chairs to sit on round the table and not a comfy sofa. There was no freezer so was unable to do a decent shop for the whole week. We only had hot water for 3 days of our 7 day stay. The pub on site shut at 6.30 and was dead when we arrived. There are no short cuts into town from the site so you have to walk back on yourself if you don't drive. We were so close to the beach but again there was no where to cut through and had to walk out of the way to get there.

The room itself was ok, there was a tv, fridge, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, toaster. wardrobes.

We had a power cut for 2-3 plus hours ..late evening Room was dirty and not cleaned properly .. messy floors, bits of hair still in the shower Sticky floor.. Very noise at night .. . Due to late nite partying Minimum of everything... Looked very dated .. Ripped curtains Few items needed improvements and fixing..

Was very close to the beach ..and sea side.. Nice open space ... in front off room .. so we play few games with kids ... Entertainment was ok .. blue coats made it fun for kids.

When we arrived they could not find our booking, when we did get our keys, there was punch holes in the bathroom door, there was mold in the fridge, when we pulled out the fridge there was an old kit kat behind it, we moved the cupboard and there was dust, dirt it was all sticky underneath it, outside the door had not even been tidied up as there where loads of cigarette butt's outside the door we ended up having to hold but cleaning stuff to clean it ourself.

The facilities where great plenty to do and close by to plenty of outside facilities.

Half the attractions were closed, we were offered free goes on other items because the pool was closed, but all the other items were closed as well so was no good to us. The pool opened on our third day but was too busy to go in with the baby. Half the amusements were also closed.

Amusement arcade broken a lot. Apartment dirty floors. Definitely not cleaned.

The area was good for location. And children's play areas good and attentive staff. Very spacious apartment.
