Very pleasant hotel in great location. Clean, renovated room and bathroom, rather small, but cosy. I fully recommend this place.

There was no mini fridge and no actual view from our room.

The room was small but efficiently laid out. Same for the bathroom. The bed was reasonably comfortable but not enough pillows. The hotel is located close to two different subway lines so it's quite easy to get to and from the hotel. There are a couple of good pubs and restaurants nearby - just a few minutes walking - along with a pharmacy, coffee and pastry places, a dry cleaner and several convenience stores.

During my stay the lift was being renovated. If not for that, it would have been a perfect stay.

Super good location and comfortable, newly renovated room.

The room was small and on night one it was hard to get the temperature right. It could be stuffy at times and freezing the next minute. Could use a small bin in the main room as well as the bathroom.

Really good stay in a central location. The room was clean and neat and had good touches, such as small lamps at each bed and charging points too. It also had the usual things like a hairdryer and tea station. The room was well designed and though small, it was fine for three of us for two nights. Convenient cloakroom too. Overall, a great stay.

I wish the bathroom had been a tad cleaner. An extra bin in the bedroom would've been helpful too.

The bed was especially comfortable. It was small, but the mattress was very nice, and it worked perfectly for a three-night stay. The location of the hotel was perfect. Very well connected to the tube (Bayswater and Queensway stations with Central line, Circle line, and District line) as well as the train station Paddington. Also, the neighborhood was calm and felt secure.

Poor customer service on arrival. Reception area was a mess because the elevator was being repaired. No apology from the staff in regards to the state of the reception area. Was given a room on the 2nd floor and was expected to carry my luggage up the stairs which I complained about and was subsequently given a room on the ground floor.

    The location is excellent

The room was plenty big enough, seemed to be all new which was nice. Lovely comfy bed. Our bathroom was pretty big and all in working order. The hotel is only a short walk from 2 tube stations. Very quiet, couldn’t hear any traffic etc.

Room had been recently refurbished so everything was clean and new. Breakfast not included but there were lots of coffee shops in the area. Front desk was staffed 24 hours. Near Bayswater and Queensway tubes so easy to get into central London.

The flashing red and green lights on the air conditioner were very annoying at night. At the time of our stay, this hotel was undergoing extensive renovations. This was not reported on booking.com. Essentially parts of it were a construction site. No kitchen facilities were operating so there was no breakfast. This may bother some. The elevators also were not working, so perhaps reconsider if you have a problem with stairs. Help with luggage was provided. Like anywhere in London, expensive.

This hotel is very well situated in the city of Westminster. It is in a quiet street close to Kensington gardens. The staff were generally helpful, some more than others. The rooms are very small, not great if you have more than cabin baggage. Beds are also small, yet comfortable. The bathroom likewise is snug but does have a surprising amount of shelf space, the night light in this room is a nice little touch, as are the charging pads in the bedrooms. The window can be opened, this is nice
