Beds were a little uncomfortable but that’s personal preference. Super soft mattresses and the beds moved around a bit. We had twin beds as went with my daughter.

Amazing location on the royal mile with easy access to most of the main attractions. Pool area was a great plus and kids able to use the pool albeit it was part of a spa so would not suit very young children. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We arrived super early and whilst the room was not ready we left bags and a number and working half an hour I had a call to say the room was ready.

The mattress was really soft for us, but that is a matter of choice not a problem for everyone.

The location was great, a short walk from the train station, and near all the shops. We arrived early but a room was found for us straight away.

Room was only serviced once in 4 days despite leaving the please service the room sign on show. Had to ask to be moved to the room we had booked and paid for, fridge in room locked although water bottles were left, which obviously were warm, no robes or slippers in room to go to spa etc in.

These points are only either personal preferences or small minor things. Charging point at side of bed didn’t work which meant one charging point only by the desk was available No fridge in room . Bed too soft and rolled into the middle massively .

Overall it was a very good stay and I would consider comimlng back! I have just one feedback for improvement: The cleaning staff did not do a good job in cleaning our room at floor 5. One example, the desk where I put my laptop was not cleaned even once. The round trace of my coffee cup was there during the whole vacation. The last two days, I took away my laptop thinking that they did not want to touch my stuff, yet the desk was still not cleaned. Please put some energy in cleaning the room and in keeping its accessories functioning. Because in general your hotel is very nice and the staff is kind. Other than that, the rest was very good to excellent 👍

The location is very good, the lobby staff were kind and helpful. The pool staff was also kind and welcoming. Overall a very good stay.

Being charged almost £100 extra for breakfast over 2 days. Said breakfast no better than Premier Inn. Almost insulting considering the room cost £350 for 2 nights.

When booking I mentioned it was for my partners 40th birthday, they put balloons, a banner and some cakes in the room, it was a lovely surprise.

On check out a staff member at reception ignored my partner and I who were clearly waiting with our bags. He instead prioritised checking in a group who had just walked in, even though we had been waiting while he served a customer in front of us for 5 minutes.

I did ask for balloons/banners during my stay to be put up for my partners birthday which was agreed but they had forgotten to do so which was a little gutting. All perfect. However the ceiling in the pool room was extremely dusty so needs to be looked at other than that all AMAZING!!

The location was excellent right on royal mile. The property was quiet, staff nice and facilities great. Our room was spacious, good amenities and cleaning service. You’re able to choose your own pillows which I think was a nice added touch. Hot chocolate, Tea , Coffee all included. Tv allowed chromecast so we could watch our own Netflix. Heating worked well and pool was nice and quiet.

When we got there our TV didn't work , maintenance couldn't get it working either although they moved us to another room we still had trouble with the TV everday. The maintenance man said that they had recently had all the TV moved to WiFi and they had been having trouble with them since then. Maybe just a teething problem or maybe not a great idea 🤔

The location is excellent right in the middle of the Royal Mile. Clean comfortable parking is good secure right under the hotel and half price £15 a day if you stay there. The pool is small but when we stayed in February it was quite so pretty much had it to ourselves ( would think in high season though it would be busy) staff were helpful and friendly, it was my birthday 🎂 when we stayed and they had put balloons cake and champagne in the room ( at a price though) would definitely stay there again!

There is no fridge in the rooms, there is no possible to chill any private purchased products. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom!!! No fridge , no minibar, it is disappointing to not have a cold drink after a long travel when the bar is closed already.
