I wouldn’t book this hotel for the pool - the pool is quite small and also VERY inaccessible. As two girls with multiple sclerosis - a slippery spiral stair case to access the pool was not ideal. After speaking to the receptionist at the pool and much deliberation she allowed us to use the disabled changing room (which was gross) and go via there to the pool.

Room was a great size! It was quiet even though our room was by the lift, the bed was comfortable. Clean and had everything we needed!

Waiting an age for the lifts, whether from ground level or bedroom floor level. A 3rd lift would be of great benefit at busy times.

A smart hotel in a good location. Pleasant & helpful staff. Very comfortable bed with a view of the Mersey. A great choice for breakfast!

Absolutely nothing

Very impressed, facilities spot on and very quiet (especially for a Saturday night). Pool very clean and room was spacious and the bed was huge. Definitely visit again and couldn't fault it

Hotel room decor was tired and in need of updating. Mattress was too soft. Pool and it's facilities were shocking, dirty and the spiral staircase from the changing rooms to the pool was rusty and desperately in need of attention. There were not enough padlocks for the lockers so guest were told to keep valuables with them at the poolside. We selected Raddison Blu because it had a pool and spa but when we tried to pre book massages there was no availability. We later learned this is because they only have two therapists available. This didn't stop them from sending emails prior to our visit encouraging us to select massage deals prior to arrival which proved impossible when we tried to book. Finally, only one of the 2 lifts worked, which meant that getting up and down to and from our room took longer than necessary. We won't stay here again as we don't feel we got full value for money.

Location was close to city centre attractions and easy to get to. View over the River Mersey from our room was worth paying extra £10 for.

The hotel qas really nicd and comfortbale the pool seemed a bit cold but still nicd the only thing i think is vsry poor is the prices of drink £5.50 for a j20 and £4 for a fanta is beyond shocking could buy a full pack for the #robbery

The air conditioning didn’t work. It was hot and stuffy in the room. Struggled to sleep. The light on the mirror in the room didn’t work so i had to get ready in the bathroom.

The bar staff member was very nice and friendly. Staff member behind then desk wasn’t very helpful , i asked about breakfast and he just said “you can pay tomorrow” that was it

Air conditioning didn't heat the room up. Room was to cold for comfort. Lift didn't work had to keep taking the stairs caaue the one lift took far too long. Price for breakfast was quiet expensive. No space for massage booking and the staff there was rude.

The location is not the best, but it's almost the city centre. I just prefer to stay at hotels near the shopping area and docks. The rooms interior is a bit outdated. Would be nice to refresh. The hall and foyer are nice, though.

The best bedding ever🛏 So soft, so light. The pillows are just right. Not too filled, not high. I usually struggle in hotels, where pillows are too big and impossible to flatten. Lovely toiletries 🫶🏼🧼🧴🧽🫧 Nice sauna and steam room. My son had a lot of fun swimming in the pool 🏊‍♂️ Water temperature was just right ✅️

It is fairly outdated especially downstairs and the leisure area located next door wasn't good it had one empty part of the pool and felt run down. We left check in there was 1 member of staff and about 25 people waiting

The noisy child and loud parent that couldn't control their child in the spa facilities, this is not a fun splash pool! maybe there should be adult only times that would be more relaxing, this spoilt our experience

I had mould in the kettle and had no hair dryer in my room so i had to go to the spa to dry my hair.

The breakfast was lovely and the facilities of the hotel were amazing considering the price of the stay.

Staff where rude and seemed to be sick of the guests. Asking for anything took at least a couple of hours, and more than one request. Asked for more milk to be brought to the room, did not receive any until the next day. When using the shower for the first time, the bath would not drain the water, it took two phone calls and 45 minutes for somebody to come and have a look.

Location the lights above the bed both sides did not work room 417. The pillows were too soft and not enough of them for a big bed. Would have like a biscuit with coffee in the morning
