There was no mattress in the cot so it was too hard for our 1 year old. The shower cubicle is too small for a rainfall shower if you want to keep your hair dry.

The room was a good size and the addition of a kitchenette really made our trip with having a 1 year old. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Air conditioning was effective and not too noisy. No noise from outside or other rooms.

Struggling to think of anything bad about the place!

I loved this beautiful hotel! The room was gorgeous and really clean. The lifts were fast and in working order, the FREE coffee was tasty!! Tamara was so helpful, friendly and approachable. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It just feels a little bit run down; thin carpets, really small old 90s leather sofa, could use a mattress topper or more pillows. But it wasn’t a problem at all, just to be mindful of.

Great location, big room, great shower and separate bath, kitchen well equipped. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Fantastic price.

Great room, lovely staff. The early shift made a huge fuss of our dog, and the late shift politely listened to my husband's life story when they discovered two of them came from the same country as him. They even had a chat in their native tongue. The coffee and croissants are a nice touch in the morning, too. If we visit Manchester again or anywhere else with Rooomz, we will surely be booking in.

This establishment is absolutely amazing. The rooms are incredible - like a mini apartment. Very clean, quirky & modern (but with a Victorian ambience) All staff members are so endearing & kind. Also; ‘Rajaa’ is a very polite & endearing member of staff. She made me feel so welcome & she definitely one of the nostalgic polite & nice individuals I’ve ever had the fortunate to come across. She really is a superstar!!! I will definitely be staying at this property again. I loved every second of it.

The room was huge with a separate full-stocked kitchen, including sink, microwave, hotplate, fridge and dishwasher. It even had a tea towel and washing up cloth. Excellent value for money, given the amount of space and the very central location.

We appreciate the view but as we had the corner room on the second floor facing the street it made us conscious and then aware that if the shutters were open the public could see into our room

The only thing I wasn’t keen on were the spiral stairs to the upper level - they didn’t feel very secure!

I stayed for 4 nights in the loft apartments - very comfortable stay. The bathroom was superb with a nice touch of having a TV in the bath.

Just very small points, none of which spoiled my stay. The bathroom is great, but I am not a fan of shower curtains, full glass doors would have made it look much more stylish and also the toilet seat was quite "wobbly". There is a very small but bright blue light located just above the skirting board near the bathroom. At night this light is reflected back off the mirror. I really could not work out how to turn this off, in the end I had to move the pedal bin across to try and stop it shining onto the mirror. I assume it is some type of "safety guide light" for the bathroom. I was unable to open any windows for fresh air, all the windows seem to be secondary double glazing types. These are the only reasons why I have deducted a point from my score.

I have stayed here previously. A very large and comfortable room, corner position, so windows on both sides (room 204). Plenty of space and ample room for hanging clothes etc. Well equipped kitchen although I never used the stove or microwave. Breakfast was adequate for my requirements, plenty of coffee/tea and croissants. A few days prior to arrival I managed to get this room, better than my original booking, and cost less! The hotel It is in a great location, very close to Chinatown, albeit at a very busy road junction with lots of traffic but, that said, I could not hear much noise. I will certainly stay here again in the future.

The location is great for a good night out on Canal street but far away from the noise.

The apartments/ studio flats with kitchenette give the home away from home kind of vibe and are well equipped.

the pics of the bath shown in loft suit isn’t in there. I only booked this room so my friend could enjoy a nice big bath but no bath at all like photos…. tv could do with being smart tv due to the cost of the suit I’d expect a better tv.
