A little noise from the street at night, but that's not unusual for the area. I booked a small in room and it was very small, but comfortable enough.

The pilgrm is a nice hotel but the space in the room is quite small. I don't have much more space to walk after lay down my big luggage. That would be the only point I concerned. Anyways, the breakfast is so delicious and I enjoyed it with my busy works a lot. I also appreciate the staffs for helping me carry my luggage. Thanks a lot!

This was th perfect place for my daughter and I to recover from jet lag after flying in from Australia. Right next to Paddington Station. We shared the bunk room. Very comfortable beds, very quiet. Bathroom was tiny but lovely. Highly recommend. Breakfast was great too.

It’s not accessible, particularly being near a train station. I had a really difficult time getting my luggage up and down the stairs in front of the property and by my room. The reception area is too small, also what’s the point of the online check in when you just to do the check in again when we get there? It’s such a long process and unnecessary

Nobody came to collect trash during our stay. It should be the norm to do it at least every second day without asking. Handsoap in the room was terrible. It became really slimy when wet.

The location is amazing for someone who wants an easy access from the airport and wishes to see different parts of the city. We had the large room and it had everything we needed. The street noise can be loud at night but we had earplugs with us so it didn't bother us.

There is a fair amount of street noise, particularly as it is close to the train station, but this didn't bother us. Suggest to bring ear plugs if you are not used to a busy city.

We booked the large room, which was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for the two of us. The hotel has retained a brilliant blend of historic charm and modern amenities. We had a great overnight stay and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic, as was the coffee. The staff were very helpful and gave good suggestions for local places to visit for food and drink.

The windows were not very sound proof they also had very bad draft coming through the bottom of the windows… the shower was very small. There was no place to lay your things . The room needed more hooks to hang jackets as there was only for coat hangars which I used for my clothes

Rooms were well finished and felt very cosy the bed was very comfy and the pillows were great the shower had plenty of power and it was quite warm

Room w12 is very noisy at night. I only got a few hours sleep due to street noise. Sympathetic double glazing would be good, but in the meantime perhaps provide single use ear plugs. To be honest I think you should be up front with people about the noise and offer a reduced rate - like ‘restricted view’ seats at the theatre - because the noise level is extreme. Slightly heavier bedding in winter would also be advantageous, even if only a wool blanket.

Beautifully designed, sympathetic to original building style. Great location. Great balance of form and function.

Location is just perfect, we minutes walking to metro. Arou d you can find a lot bars and restaurants. We walked everywhere from here on foots. Breakfast were amazing.
