Loved the location opposite the sea, the room was very comfortable and quiet at night, staff were all friendly and helpful, bar had nice atmosphere and curry night was great bonus, very tasty 😋

Had a problem with the heating system in the room which was quite complicated with no instructions which resulted in me freezing on the first night then once I worked out how to switch it on, i couldnt turn it off for the rest of the stay.

Continental buffet was amazing, so much choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful,

The double rooms are very tight to fit big suitcases The bed was small and not very comfy Not good price for the value I think.

The location is walking distance to the harbour and near the promenade.There is car park behind the hotel for the hotel guests even if it was always full.But it is easy to find parking space by the road They serve continental breakfast , but good enough

The breakfast was very poor. They offered continental which was toast, hard boiled eggs, pastries cheese and looked like tin ham and yogurts this was inc in the room price. On the first day at 915 there was no pastries left and no bread I had to ask for some bread to make toast. We also ordered the full English which you have to pay for. Don’t bother it was literally dripping in oil where it has been deep fat fried including the tomato. I couldn’t eat it probably the worst cooked breakfast I have ever been served.

Convenient location with great views. The rooms where clean and they had air conditioning as it was hot in the hotel.

There was free live entertainment in the bar on the night. Love that. All the staff members were really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well equipped.

My only slight moan was our room was at the back and next to the air duct which droned all night so you needed earplugs to block out the noise.

The continental breakfast included in the room was excellent with plenty of choice and unlimited. You could order a cooked breakfast and derivatives of this but you paid full price, no deduction if you opted for this instead of the continental which was a bit of a shame. The room, bathroom and bed were all clean and checked daily so always nice an clean.

Nice hotel in a great location. Had corner sea view room which was lovely. Had excellent evening meal in the Brasserie. Good friendly staff.

I didn’t realise that the breakfast included wasn’t a cooked breakfast so I was a little disappointed. I also found it hard to find things.

The location was great, just a short walk down to the sea front.

View from window not great - realise I could have had a choice on this, though, with price of room, although you don't know, until you arrive. I suspect another room could have been alloted to me, as I am sure there was nowhere near full ocupancy. Bed little hard, duvet a bit thin, but ok. Check in staff ( younger girl) rather unwelcoming, I thought - quite 'offhand?!' Needs to learn a bit of customer service, methinks?! Bathroom floor a bit damaged - repaired with large amount of gaffer tape - bit unsightly. No shelf in shower, for washing accoutrements? Breakfast - Why not offer everyone tea /coffee in pot at table, instead of flasks - I noticed that regulars are served this way, on request - by the time I cottoned on , it was too late - seems like a two tier service to me?

I liked the shower, & the TV. Also quiet. Plenty of heat in the room. Room seemed clean. Breakfast ample enough. Nice location, although bit far from a bus stop, particularly the 'Loop' service.

Only continental breakfast available. Would have been ten out of ten if a cooked breakfast was available.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff and great location just along the cliffs in Ramsgate with plenty of free parking. The room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. The bar and restaurant were a joy to visit, reasonable prices and a friendly atmosphere.

like i said the heating was bit too much, but apart from that all was fine,

very well situated hotel,good facilities and very friendly staff,food was good and as i only had a single room it met my needs nicely,only thing i didnt like was i felt it was too warm in the room and nearly everynight had to get up to drink a water

The lady at the Spa was unable to treat us.

Food was really good. Plenty of it and always fresh and hot. Room was very clean and comfortable. All the staff couldn't do enough for you. Entertainment on Friday night was really good.

Took until the third day of our stay to get the tv in our room working

Great hotel with lovely staff. Restaurant food was good. Beds are comfortable and the ensuite bathrooms look to have been recently upgraded.
