There weren't enough electrical plugs, no shampoo which is usually present in any hotel.

We mostly liked the location of the hotel

Amazing location, we stayed in the quad room it had a fridge and little en suite tea coffee making, all great. It was clean and tidy and reception staff were super friendly it's in a great place so we will definitely book again.

I paid about £80 sterling per night, which was good value bearing in mind the location, however it's usual prices are ludicrously high given the small, dated rooms and awkward to navigate corridors. Atrocious sewage snell in hotel, especially rooms, seems to come from sinks and toilets. I notice many have complained about it, in their reviews, even uears ago, but still the snell is persistent in April 2024. I did mention it on arrival but the male receptionist was a bit hostile, saying "really? what doess it snell of!". I could have detailed but decided not to!

Comfy bed, most staff on reception pleasant, room tiny and at top of hotel but working lift, which was spotlessly clean. Location can't be beaten.

As a solo traveler I got a two persons room but two persons might be a bit of a challange. Quite a small room.

Location is great. Lots of restaurants and theaters nearby. And two subway stations on a five minutes walk. Bed was good and clean.

Bathroom was tiny, with automatic lights on a very quick timer that turned off every time you were in the shower. Sound comes in from the hallway and other rooms on the floor, so not the most quiet, depending on who's in the room next door.

The location of this hotel can't be beat, super central and convenient. The staff were kind and helpful, and I felt safe coming in and out even at night. Simple, but good value for budget travelers looking for a central location.

The room was a little cramped, and the shower was a little bit in need of attention, but I was glad that the window could open, the heat would knock you over

The location was the main reason for this hotel, excellent for Theatres and restaurants

The rooms are quite small but for one night it was fine. The step up into the bathroom was tricky in the night but we managed to avoid hurting ourselves.

Nothing special but did the job as somewhere to sleep after a theatre trip.

Some loud people on the street outside at night, seemed to be drug addicts arguing. But I can't blame the hotel for that and I imagine it's not uncommon across a lot of cities.

Was going to a concert with my sister and had to book a hotel at a few days' notice due to overtime ban on trains. I thought the place was decently priced, given it was central London / West End at short notice. Very convenient location. Seven Dials is lovely during the day when shops and cafés etc. are open. Also near Chinatown, which my sister had not been to before. I had a proper firm pillow! Very friendly people at reception. Didn't have a shower because we were there for just the one night, but overall the facilities were fine; the place is perhaps a little old/shabby but I did not have an issue with that. Everything seemed clean.

The annexe building smells damp. The duvet and blankets have permanent stains, the floors are peeling back. The rooms could use a bit of love.

When I first arrived to my room in the basement, there was a constant and really loud noise. The staff member was really helpful and agreed to change my room to one in the annexe. I am very grateful, as this was the saving grace of my experience in your hotel. That basement room needs to be removed from your services as it is not suitable.

The room was very small and without windows but we knew this when we booked. This is reflected in the brilliant price!

This little gem was just 6 minutes from the theatre and show we had come to London to watch. The staff were lovely and the room was clean and had all we needed.

The bed, for me, was far too firm. As was the pillow, so it took me a while to settle down, and get comfortable. My back was a bit sore in the morning, but that is because I am use to a softer mattress.

The hotel was super close to my work, so was ideal for the night's stopover I needed. Room was a nice size, clean, and the shower had good pressure and hot water!

It is a two-star hotel, so you should not expect much. Unless you want to wash your hair with soap, remember to bring your own shower gel.

Reasonably priced accommodation at the heart of London near everything. Very short walk to theatres and shopping. Close to Covent Garden tube station and Neal Street. When we checked in they said that the room reserved for us was quite small and they offered another room in an annexed part of their hotel about 300 metres away. It was basic and clean and had a small kitchenette.

The room (and bathroom) is quite small but this was not a surprise and it is no different from many other hotels in London…

Location - close to tourist attractions, theatres, shopping, plenty of places around to eat all meals. Very nice neighbourhood. The room has a little fridge (did not use it), kettle to make tea or coffee and hairdryer. The room is quite basic but totally sufficient for couple days stay.

The room itself was quite small and would have worked better as a single room (the headboard attached to the wall was a single) and the double bed was quite compact and against the wall at one side.

Location was great, staff very friendly. Very quiet in the room.

Very small room, very basic and old

Fit for purpose: (relatively) cheap, simple accommodation in London, which is never easy; decent room (at least there were a hair dryer and a kettle, it's not always the case with this level of accommodation), bed ok; kind staff; the biggest plus, apart form the reasonable price, is the location - of course it depends where you need to go, but this is at a stone's throw from Covent Garden, excellent
