The so called, 'Chill Out Room',' was a tad grim. No fridge ir running water, but kettle and microwave Always seemed dirty, but more the fault of the guests, than the hostel. Very little head space, between bottom and top bunk. Also protruding metal, meant that if you were tall, you were certain to bang your head, more than once . Badly designed

Stayed in room 5. Double bed is actually 2 single mattresses pressed together on a double frame. Spent half the night in the crease. Not so comfy. Shame there is no lift for such a tall building.

Staff were incredibly helpful. Forgotten their name but worker with coloured hair and pokemon pins on their lanyard carted my mobility aid up 4 flights of stairs.

The windows urgently need to be replaced by thicker ones. They are way too thin to insulate against the noise. Early in the morning there were drunk people shouting in the street underneath our dormitory, and it was so loud that I even thought that a window was open, but it was not the case.

The fact that I was awoken at 5:45am as there was an incident regarding one of the other rooms. They were kicking out one of the guests for bad behaviour. Which is quite professional.

The hostel is ideally located for bars and restaurants, plus public transport is very close.

The timings should have the "Am" and "Pm" so one would know exactly when to check out and not get sanctioned for late check-out.

The room was good value for money paid, location is centrally accessible and generally clean!

Toilets were not very clean, water flooding and even was reported to the staff took long time to be fixed.

quite loud. Windows didn't close. Common room stinks. No kitchen. Have to pay for storage if you are early (but not much luckily). Not much sense of community.

The rooms were clean at least most of the time. They sold the locks at the reception and had a storage facility for everyone. Great staff and awesome place to stay

The only thing that I didn't like is that the walls of the room are very thin and I could hear every kind of noise and I couldn't sleep during the night. I could hear from people going to the toilet flushing the wc, washing their hands and activating the hand drayer to the buses in the morning going back and forth down the street. It was a bit frustrating.

I like the fact that the bathroom was very clean and environmental friendly. The room was well accessorised with coffe, tea, sugar, a kettle, straightener and hairdryer. Also, the reception is inside the pub called Belushi's and will give you different deals as the hostel guest, like discount on food and more on drinks.

It’s a hostel, so obviously it’s a bit unconfy and loud. But if you take this into account, you won’t be disappointed.

There is a bar downstairs, and they party even on weekdays. If you want some rest, the noise can come right through the window. Also, the only toilet/shower is unisex. Go somewhere else if that bothers you.

The location was quite good. (Bear in mind that Bath is not huge though) Overall, it was kind of nice for someone who just want to find a place to sleep. It's not expensive, and nothing too fancy.

Very central so quite noisy from the street at night till early hours.

Pretty quiet in the dorms. Chill out room. Good price.
