The room was basic furniture and think need to be updated.

The Room was basic. The location was very good to us and close to the Dover port which was our next destination. Car park we good and plenty of spaces.

The WiFi was really bad, even free WiFi wasn't great however if you want a break from technology its perfect.

The location was easy to find, the staff helpful. The room was a good size and comfortable The facilities were good, gym and swimming pool available for use.

The decor of the room was dark and dated. The choice of meals was more limited than other Parkdean resorts we’ve stayed at.

Breakfast was excellent, dinner also. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Hotel in a good location for cliff walks and the Bay.

Hairs in the bathroom, clean linens outside the corridor floor without any bags, and no hair dryer for the room and even in the spa. Towels are stained. Sheets as well

Nothing particularly bad to say except that I probably don't share the enthusiasm of some comments here saying that it's something outstanding.

The hotel is a part of a larger camping area with mobilhomes around. Surroundings are fine but nothing really special for a camping of this sort. Nice calm place in a village. The room was decent, of a decent size and clean, nothing bad to say. The restaurant serves decent English breakfast with variations and option at a reasonable price. The bar is a typical village pub with locals watching footbal at the evening.

Clean room, excellent location if you´re travelling to/from the continent, friendly staff, very reasonable price ....but not much else, it´s on a property with vacation homes, etc, so it´s good for just a bed....

Cost of food not really commensurate with quality. Nearly £5 for some (4) pale undercooked onion rings is not acceptable. Shower took 4 minutes to bring hot water through, but leaked terribly. Beds are terrible. I understand budget constraints but we were unable to get any decent sleep.

The food and drink, although the quality was good, was overpriced for the venue and there were no other options in the area. When we booked 'St Margaret's Hotel' on Booking.com we did not expect to be staying on a remote holiday park.

The 'neighbours' in the room next door and also above were noisy (not the hotels fault, we know), but the walls were so thin that we could hear all the noise and it disturbed our sleep
