The wind was making a noise through a gap in the glass windows and they’re unable to open so I couldn’t fix it. Minor issue though. Like I mentioned no smoking area, again, minor.

The location is perfect, there isn’t really anywhere to smoke if you’re staying there but it is understandably not a priority. Lovely view, lovely staff, specifically Lisa on reception, she was warm, welcoming and super friendly to me and my partner.

Absolutely loved this property. The staff were excellent. I contacted them beforehand to see if we could leave our luggage. Everyone I met were so welcoming. The location of this apartment was brilliant for the Christmas market and shopping. So central and across the road from Grand Central station. The facilities were great, bathrobe, games, tea, coffee etc. and the bed was massive and comfy. I would definitely stay here again if coming to Birmingham. We were fascinated with the ceiling to floor windows and spent way too much time just staring out to the city!

The staff at Rotunda were amazing. I needed their help with planning a special night and they were exceptional. The lady on reception (unfortunately I can’t remember her name) was amazing she kept in contact with me and whenever I needed details about anything she was quick to respond. Would 100% only stay here again when we plan to visit Birmingham

Great view, great facilities (including a washing machine! - even though I haven't used it). I loved the design of the room, the painting, etc. It felt really good to be there.

There was a mechanical noise inside the building that woke me up around 4am.

I liked the approach to minimising wasteful laundry by putting spare towels and bedding in the wardrobe. I also liked the provision of free fruit and a juicer- it was a nice touch, and the little kitchen was great. And I loved the view!

I would like to thank the excellent receptionist from last night. I had a difficult day due to other accomodation being double booked. She was welcoming, friendly, understanding, displayed excellent empathy and calmed me down by reassuring me. She was so patient and calm. She went out of her way to ensure that I was looked after. My room was spotless, the views were brilliant and I loved every moment. The bed was comfortable, coffee and orange juice was lovely. I loved watching all of the Xmas market activities from above and waking up to the view of the city. Thank you. I hope to return soon.

The whole hotel experience was amazing. I came with my boyfriend for a trip. I experienced some issues with my card on arrival which the lady on the desk helped me to solve. She upgraded our room and let us check in early which was just the kindest thing ever and I really really appreciated it as my day had been going completely wrong up until that point haha. I was really grateful so thank you! The location was perfect, right in the town centre. It has everything in the room you could possibly need. The snacks were paid for but very nice and reasonably priced. You got a lot of free things like coffee beans for the machine, fresh oranges, fresh milk which to be honest was really impressive to me because it’s something I love about hotels but they rarely have. The layout of the room was great. Very spacious. Nice apps on TV. Comfy bed. Let us keep our bags in when we were leaving so we could look around. Everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed it here so much. Would definitely come back. Thank you~

We went out for breakfast but maybe if I was being picky the breakfast could’ve been better.

Location is excellent. Everything was very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Only had the coffee in the morning but it was very good. Would definitely stay here again.
