I would like to thank the excellent receptionist from last night. I had a difficult day due to other accomodation being double booked. She was welcoming, friendly, understanding, displayed excellent empathy and calmed me down by reassuring me. She was so patient and calm. She went out of her way to ensure that I was looked after. My room was spotless, the views were brilliant and I loved every moment. The bed was comfortable, coffee and orange juice was lovely. I loved watching all of the Xmas market activities from above and waking up to the view of the city. Thank you. I hope to return soon.

A bath would've topped it off (I'm aware some of the rooms do have them) Some alcohol in the mini bar wouldn't go amiss.

The whole hotel experience was amazing. I came with my boyfriend for a trip. I experienced some issues with my card on arrival which the lady on the desk helped me to solve. She upgraded our room and let us check in early which was just the kindest thing ever and I really really appreciated it as my day had been going completely wrong up until that point haha. I was really grateful so thank you! The location was perfect, right in the town centre. It has everything in the room you could possibly need. The snacks were paid for but very nice and reasonably priced. You got a lot of free things like coffee beans for the machine, fresh oranges, fresh milk which to be honest was really impressive to me because it’s something I love about hotels but they rarely have. The layout of the room was great. Very spacious. Nice apps on TV. Comfy bed. Let us keep our bags in when we were leaving so we could look around. Everyone was very friendly. Enjoyed it here so much. Would definitely come back. Thank you~

We went out for breakfast but maybe if I was being picky the breakfast could’ve been better.

Location is excellent. Everything was very clean, comfy beds and pillows. Only had the coffee in the morning but it was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

The directions could be easier as the entrance isn’t by a road - It is next to the Zara outside the bullring.

The location was amazing, right in the centre of bullring and Birmingham high street. Views were amazing and the building itself. Clean rooms with great facilities, comfortable bed, nice kitchen, working TV with chrome cast so you can play videos from your phone. Would highly recommend definitely staying again.

There was nothing I didn't like.... only issue I can think of was that the QR code for the TV wouldn't connect but the staff were more than happy to help

It’s literally central. You can walk from New street station to Rotunda and only have to walk outside for 20seconds the floor to ceiling windows, spectacular views of the city!!

I was happy with everything

Location is very good, just next to train station and shopping centres. Our studio apartment was nice with beautiful view. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Small things like oranges for juice and coffee really made us feel special😊

We thought the customer service was fabulous. We had such a warm welcome, we left our bags while we went into town and when we returned, our bags were waiting for us in the room and we were thrilled to find we had been given an unexpected upgrade. The apartment was beautiful - amazing views over the city, really clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Great location right in the heart of the city.
