I had thought perhaps there was a hotel subscription for netflix etc but maybe this doesn't exist. The extra channels were there I just couldn't watch them. Also they helpfully and promptly fixed the coffee machine but I would have benefited from instructions on how to use this properly as I don't have one at home..

Very helpful kind staff. Lovely atmosphere and location. This was a return visit and I will happily visit again. Also an amazing breakfast buffet.

There is very little not to like about the hotel but perhaps the staff both at reception and in the restaurant, while not unpleasant, could be a little more friendly.

The hotel was ideally situated in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. It is close to both Pimlico Underground and Victoria Station and it’s possible to walk into central London from the hotel. The room was small but had everything you need. Comfortable bed, good shower, mugs for tea (always prefer mugs to cups!) Breakfast was very good.

We ate the breakfast that was included and it was delicious. The choices were great. The hotel was clean and in a great location. We walked everywhere and felt safe. Great pubs and restaurants near the hotel. Quiet. We booked a small double room...it was exactly that way but I knew what I was getting. I didn't plan on spending a huge amount of time in the room and they had a small bar in the lobby/lounge area if you needed to just relax. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again.

Excellent location. Bus stop right in front, walkable distance to Victoria Station. Nice rooms, comfortable and clean! Amazing shower. Staff super sweet. This was my second stay and won’t be my last.

The room was quite small and had a bit of a smell. The shower head was a bit flimsy. Because it's a really old house, you can hear people walking upstairs extremely loudly.

The hotel is in the middle of Westminster and in walking distance to many tourist attractions. The room was comfortable and the continental breakfast was really tasty. Most of the staff was really nice!

The staff at reception could be a bit more friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn't cheap so a nice greeting upon arrival would be appreciated. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast at the hotel. We got a la carte breakfast on Sunday and had to toast our bread and make our coffees at the buffet - so why am I paying for a la Carte if I have to prepare half of it myself? It's too expensive for what's on offer. There are nice bakeries in the area, splurge there. The bed was very very small. A bit hard to share with a friend who would like their own space.

I love the location, it's very convenient. Pimlico station is right around the corner and a bus that takes you right to the city center is in front of the hotel. The street the hotel is on, is very quiet and lovely. It was quiet and everything was as expected. No issues, we have come here twice and would book again.
