Unfortunately the room required more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness. The shower screen and the area around the toilet needs a full deep clean and the corners of the room had dust and dirt also behind the bed area. The plants on the balcony were dead in the pots and the whole area needed a clean .

Loved the position we had a balcony room overlooking the river. Room was spacious and well furnished.

Great location…..for lunch by the River - for exploring Bath - for Dinner after a long day adventuring - for recovering in a comfortable Room and Bed, to prepare for another day of travel.

The location was amazing, right on the river and easy access to bath city centre. Lots of parking and the rooms and pub downstairs are great. We loved the breakfast too! Everything about this place was idyllic and we’d definitely return in the future

Lots of nice touches in the pretty boutique hotel styled room and with a beer garden next to the river. Less than five minutes tree lined walk to the Park and Ride too.

Unfortunately one of the rooms booked had a shower that hadn't been cleaned as well as it could have been, but on having a word with a member of staff this was rectified the next day. Also sadly having been a bank holiday weekend there were some unavailable items on both the drinks and food menus daily.

Position is amazing, the staff were friendly and helpfull, food was good we would definitely stay again if returning to Bath.

Room was very comfortable with an awesome shower. Balcony overlooking river. Staff were helpful and friendly and the breakfast options were brilliant. Surprisingly quiet room for what is obviously a very popular pub! 10 minutes by bus into Bath or a lovely 45' walk by the river. Strongly recommend.

There wasn't anything that we had an issue with. Shower tray didn't drain away very quickly.

Check in was easy. Parking was excellent. Breakfast was very nice, with plenty of choice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

Fantastic breakfast, lovely and fresh pastries and homemade food. The bed and pillows really comfortable. Beautiful location, lovely decors and feel. Great stay and would highly recommend.

The staff were slow to greet or acknowledge us when we first arrived, when we waited to order a drink at the bar and again when we wanted to check out the next day. We chose to eat in the pub for dinner the evening we arrived. I had booked the table the evening before when we booked the room. Our table was booked for 7.30pm. We arrived ten minutes late. The restaurant was busy. We ordered starters and mains from the server. She then came back to tell us one of our mains had sold out so we chose another main. She then said if we wanted to still have starters, they would have to come out of the kitchen at the same time as the meals as the kitchen was about to close. We were not very happy with this so ditched the starters and stuck with just the mains. I appreciate we were slightly late to the table, but why let tables be booked at this time of the kitchen was going to close? I remember there being later times available on the website when I booked the table the day before. We had our main meals which were ok, then we waited and waited and waited….. No desserts were ever offered. Eventually we asked for the bill only to find that our starters were listed on there after we had paid, so then had to seek a refund. What a faff. Service was incredibly disappointing for such a lovely pub and hotel.

The room was beautiful, lovely en-suite & balcony area. Great view. Breakfast in the pub was amazing! Staff who served breakfast were excellent.

Location was perfect, as there was a park and ride right next to the property!! Excellent location.. would definitely return. The room we were in was absolutely stunning!! Just a perfect romantic weekend away.. the staff were all so friendly and welcoming.. look forward to returning 😊
