Perfect location. Bus from Park and Ride stops outside hotel. Very friendly staff. Good value for money. In the town centre. Close to restaurants. Walking distance to all attractions.

The bathroom would be improved with a flexible shaving mirror that can also be moved to enable the reflection of the back of the head in the main mirror. Windows could be better sound proofed; I was woken by people talking in the street at 0330am

Only accessed via stairs and unfortunately I had recently completed hospital treatment and found the climb with bags and toddler challenging but for any other couple or family in reasonable health this would not prove an issue.

The location was perfect for what we needed, just by the theatre and by restaurants. The room was clean and ideal for one night to go to the theatre. We would definitely stay there again.

A part of the curtain was ripped off from its rod. Tried contacted customer service but they never came to fix it. A portion of the floor was creaking. It was a bit noisy in my room as it was facing a bar/resto where people leave late and their loud voices can be heard from my room.

Receptionist allowed me to check in upon arrival.

the room is very small,, small cabinet, small table. Did not know where to put things, clothes etc. The reception is at the first floor, my room was at the second floor. No lift, only a very narrow stair.

Oxford is a small town, the hotel is very well located in the centre of the town. Staff was helpful, the bed was comfortable.

A pleasant surprise. Decieving from the outside and walk up to reception. However room comfortable, well appointed, clean and spacious for one. Location ideal for me less than 10mins from Oxford station and close to George Street.

the room was behind a theatre so the windows could not be opened as it was warm from the excessive heating, the view was a brick wall, the highs street would have been better, or at least a choice of room. the seat by the desk had two wobbly legs, the kettle was situated below the TV obviously steam and electrical appliances are a mystery in this part of the world. there were two flights of stairs to negotiates not accessable.

the shower was good, the towels were clean.

1. The shower had too much power. when I turned it on, it was like shooting a large amount of water on my head all of a sudden, even if I only turned it on a little bit, there was no difference. 2. the kettle was full of scale so I did not enjoy drinking water from it. 3. I also noticed some small flies in the room, but I never opened the window at all. 4. the room was not like shown in the photo, so I was expecting a much better room at this high price. this was the most expensive room I had ever booked, but the experience was not very good.

great location, very close to the uni of Oxford and the train station; the shampoo was great; very clean bathroom; friendly staff and allowed me to put my suitcase at the premises before check-in time.
