The location was great , next to a metro station and also surrounded by alot of cafes and restaurants and also a supermarket is near by.

Although we booked an Executive Double Room, we were assigned a room in the basement, which sems to have a slight odor probably due to ventilation issues. And, reception staff help us change to another room of same type with nice balcony starting from the second day. I really expect no basement room considering how much I paid for executive double room. The bathroom sink is designed as a narrow square, making it difficult to wash one's face, causing water to splash out extensively. Washing one's hair is practically impossible. This design looks cool, but is lack of practicality. The room, the lift, the corridor are all small. This is all probably indicative of any London hotel at this price point, but I had expected a little better.

The room was clean and had everything I needed in it. The location is perfect. And it is in a very safe neighbourhood.

Everything was quite claustrophobic - the passageways were thin, the lift was tiny and I struggled to even fit in it with my bags and suitcase. The room was also pretty small considering how much I paid (the pictures on here are a little deceptive actually), and despite being automatically "upgraded" on check in to a "better" room, the room actually just had another bed in it, which really only meant there was less room to move around. The air con didn't work at first too, however this was resolved by reception staff. This is all probably indicative of any London hotel at this price point, but I had expected a little better.

The staff were wonderful - friendly and helpful and there was always somebody around if I had any questions. The room was clean and had everything I needed in it, including an iron and ironing board. It was also quiet - there is a tube station right around the corner but you wouldn't have known it. The reception and restaurant area had a nice vibe too, and the breakfast was great and highly recommended - cooked to order with plenty of choice. Make sure to buy it the day before to save a few quid Vs the on-the-day pricing.

Nice, clean and bright room. I had an upgrade as they had finished the type of room I had booked. The location is perfect, in kensington, 5 min away from the tube station. Staff deserve a special mention: they're super helpful and kind. Highly recommend hotel. I will come back for sure.

Standard room is quite small and the ensuite bathroom very small for two people, but ok for a few days or a long weekend stay. If staying longer recommend upgrade to executive room. Why do hotels have plastic mattress covers that seem to get very hot? must be an alternative breathable type around?

Easy to check in/out, staff and location excellent in a quiet street very close to Earls Court Station. Great access to Central London via the District Line. Lots of local eating and dining options in the area. Clean and modern decoration, comfortable, evens had nice pillows, for a change. Nice entrance and reception seating area. Did not use the bar or dinning area. Nice ambiance.

Alarm turned on several times at night, also the shower was leaking when shut off sometimes.

Great location for visiting Kensington. Very close to the tube so not far to walk with your luggage or get out and about. Lovely clean and comfy rooms, great value for money.

Hotel was not prepared for my stay, ewentualnie I booked my room in advance there was no double room when we arrived. But they manager to find to singles:)

I didn’t actually get to stay as there was an error. However Mornington had it sorted and contact me well before check in so let me know they had put me in a nearby sister hotel Mornington Hyde park. All facilities were the same as original booking!

Room was on the small side which is expected for London. Chair under the table could be removed since there is no room to sit on the chair. No fridge in room.

Hotel is very close to underground station. Good value for money breakfast (not included in room rate) with unlimited breakfast items for order.
