It is in a perfect location right on the seafront, but not too noisy, and my single attic room had a wonderful sea view. It was clean and comfortable with ample hot water, and good wi-fi and tv signal. The breakfast was well-cooked and pleasantly presented. The hosts were friendly and efficient.

There was nothing my mum and I found disappointing when we stayed at the Edenhurst Guesthouse. There was no problems or inconveniences during our stay there. The owners did keep on top of their responsibilities and were very approachable if we had any queries and questions.

Breakfast arrangements in morning were excellent. Room accommodation was excellent. Toilet, bathroom and shower facilities were clean, efficient and usable. Owners of Edenhurst Guesthouse are friendly, organised and approachable. Other members of staff present have excellent work routines and conducted themselves.

Gary & Dawn were excellent hosts. The room was clean & tidy. Pre-ordered breakfast was on time, and hot. Selection of juices and cereals as well to choose from. Perfect position, right on the seafront, restaurants and amusements within walking distance.

Right on the esplanade. Lovely, light dining room overlooking the sea. Good breakfasts. Varied selection of leaflets. about local attractions. Good sized table in room. Friendly, helpful hosts. Would choose to stay there again.

Gary and Dawn very freindly and welcoming. Dawns breakfast is excellent. Everything clean and tidy. Gary told us they had only been doing this for a year and were in the process of updating the place. You couldn't ask for better hosts. Would definitely stay with them again.

55 steps up to my room but was expecting lots being on top floor.you get used to them and wouldn't put me off staying in that room again.

Lovely single room in the attic very cosy and good sea view.hosts very nice making sure you had everything you needed.would go there again.great location.the room was very hot even though wasnt hot outside but was a fan supplied.i had a shower which was outside my room but it was for me only so that was good.

The location is unbeatable, right in front of the middle of the beach. We booked a sea view room and we were not disappointed. The guesthouse is family run and the owners are really nice and friendly. We were given free parking permits for a big car park that was within 5 minutes walk. Breakfast was really nice and they went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room and ensuite were very clean, the bed was comfy and there was a little mini fridge in the room with bottled water which was a nice little touch and we also had a fan in the room which was handy to have during the night. If you are looking for place to stay to explore the Jurassic coast there is no better option.

The room was small and bed was only a double do very cosy on a hot night road was quite noisy till early hours of morning

I loved the seafront location but as in a heatwave the tiny room was very hot and window only opened 6 inches. The fan provided was poor quality. The host was amazing the food was good they couldn’t do enough for you.

The location from all public transport was great couldn't get nearer to the sea if you tried the room was s good size had everything you needed. The owners were very good polite and very knowledgeable about all around Weymouth breakfast was excellent every day

Very minor things: shower was a little small, and bed was also a little small, but this wasn't too much an issue for me (might be for someone taller/larger)

The view is beautiful. Awesome that there is a working balcony with deck chairs and provided table. Great for relaxing or WFH as you enjoy the view of the beach and cliffs on the other side of the bay. The breakfast is delightful. The host was friendly and very accommodating. I requested for vegetarian meal so they had specific hot meal prepared separately from the other meals.

Great owners family run, nice and clean, plenty of tea and coffee in the rooms with towels. Breakfast was lovely, right next to the beach, went swimming first thing in the morning. 5 min walk to town centre & harbour.

We loved our stay at Edenhurst! Dawn gave us a very warm welcome despite us arriving later than expected! Gary was friendly when he looked after us at breakfast and always showed an interest in our plans for the day. The sea view room was perfect, the huge window was a fab feature! The tea and coffee facilities were generous too.
