The location is great. It's a short, easy walk to the train station or to the Castle and neighboring attractions. Everything was very clean. Breakfast is simple, but cheap. The room is very basic and bathrooms are shared but for what it is, it's perfect.

A little better noise insulation would improve things, as it was quite noisy at night with stairs creaking and doors closing. A bit more storage space would be appreciated. Only one rack for both of our clothes meant living out of a bag on the floor for most of the weekend.

Location was superb, communication with the Riverhouse was good although mainly by WhatsApp. Rooms were quite small and overlooked by surrounding houses, the window had no nets so we had the blind drawn most of the time for privacy. Shower cubicle had a very slippery floor, a bit more of a non-slip effect would be safer. Overall for the price it was very good.

Very good location to train station and town. Room met expectation, a little road noise but possibly just our room as first in. Kitchen was user friendly and dining room good size. Staff were friendly and helpful and self check in was easy

Lots of stairs to the upper floors; no in-room water;

Less than 10 minutes walk from Cardiff Central station… and so so clean, even the shared bathroom facilities were spotless. Internet was fast too!

Everything was great. The room was a bit warm, but not bad.

Fantastic location directly across from Millennium Stadium and the city centre. Instructions to enter the BNB were super clear and easy to follow; no surprises or confusion, which is always welcome. The room is a little small, but the spacious common area really makes up for it. Will definitely be back!

The toilet was a bit cold at times.

The rooms were rather large and comfortable with a nice view of the river. The toilets were exceptionally clean and had private cubicles and running hot water. The check in was easy and the owners were accommodating about storing of luggage. The kitchen had great facilities and also convenient access to clean drinking water straight from a filter! Self Check in & out was easy and simple to follow. Perfect location for our trip, the individual bathrooms were a great idea, bed was comfortable, decor was modern and clean. Good atmosphere throughout the property. Good price considering how central we were to the city centre. Will definitely use this again when visiting the city in future.
