My lift got a parking ticket for picking me up, he was in the car park less than 15 minutes which I found disgusting.

Although advertised with dining facilities and still is on their site, the kitchen was closed so no diner and no cooked breakfast possible. We had chosen the place because of the possibility of dining in. The reception was very laid back. We left early the next day and could not get out. The door was locked and the push button to open it did not function. Several phone calls were necessary to find a solution. No one really cared.

The bedroom and bathroom were fine.

Continental breakfast wasn't great, no water provided and seeing it was 40 degrees it would of been nice. We stayed four years ago and was much cleaner, Hotel is looking very tired.

Room could of been cleaner, behind units and bedside cabinets there was rubbish. Only 2 plug sockets in the room which was a problem seeing as we needed the fans on due to it being an extremely hot day/night, so couldn't charge phones

Lack of maintenance generally around the room

The room appeared clean when you first entered but then we found hairs on the bed and inside the folded towels. The toilet had a big crack through the lid. We were given a key to get into the property using the 24 hour entrance. We arrived back from a wedding at 1AM and the key wouldn’t unlock the door so we were stuck outside waiting for someone to answer. Luckily another guest came along and let us in otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to get into the building.

The property was in a good location and had a car park around the back. Wardrobe with lots of hangers. Decent size en suite.

Booked the double bed as I don't like single bed and ended up with a single.bed. was informed that they didn't have and double bed rooms left when I got there. No alternative offered and still charged price of double bed room

No cooked breakfast despite being paid for. Told no one was available to cook breakfast. In the bar, the beer pump had not been cleaned so I was unable to get a pint.

Hole in Bath, shower head full of grime and lime scale, had to scrub it before use but still couldn't get it clean. Food only available at certain times on Saturday and Sunday. Had to pay by card at bar for drinks. Room faced onto main street and noise from.pub opposite went on till 1-2am.

the kitchen was closed which they failed to tell me at check in and after 4 hours driving, arriving at seven in the evening and then walking to the restaurant at 8 did not leave me much time to find food elsewhere. No kettle in the room so I couldn’t have a coffee and only continental breakfast available because the kitchen was shut.

Hotel is beginning to look tired. It could do with a lick of paint in some areas. Pillows on bed were too small

Room was big with a double sofa in. Shower very powerful and bathroom had plenty of space. Staff were very accommodating and quick to service the room that had been missed by housekeeping.

Breakfast was sparse as they had sacked their chef, no other food available and very remote location so had to drive 5 miles to collect takeaway Decor was tired, could do with sprucing up a bit.

Pub was ok, staff were polite & friendly, room was quiet. Immanuel the bar man was wonderful company, as there was so little available in the area, i think i might have gone a bit bonkers lol

the fact we had to move rooms due to the toilet backing up the gooey bowl. the double rooms was two single beds pushed together so was two mattress and you could feel them in the middle. the room they moved us to had a lot of black mould of the celling and I was told it was a new refinished room. breakfast wasn’t very nice. our view was a grave yard as well.

The room was a very small double with only just enough room to go around the bed sideways. Was unable to turn down the shower and although it was slightly too hot for an adult a child wouldn't of been able to use it.

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.

Shower kept getting hot then cold . The bed had wheels on it and kept moving window was to hi I couldn't close them . I asked for extra bedding pillows and never received them bit disappointed

Unable to turn down heating in the room therefore had to open window. Room faced the main road so there was traffic noise.and there was an air conditioning unit in the outside wall that turned on every 10 minutes for 90 seconds throughout the night. So got no sleep at all
