Very Good Hotel Restaurant just 2 things really the Bed sides shouldn't be There and if im being Honest was Comfortable but not that Brilliant and as for the Staging in front of the Bed think this is a silly idea got up to go to the Toilet and Hit my Foot on it getting back to the Bed very silly idea in my opinion and the Heat kept going on and off during the Night one minute room was Cold next for an Hr or so Warm should be on all the time at lowish setting once it went off you couldn't get it back on suppose it was on a timer and only other thing 1 chair for 2 people ... Staff were Fantastic Food and Drink Fantastic just a little over priced for the Room just being Honest but all in all Good should aim for Fantastic lol

The jacuzzi in the bathroom, it was sunk into the floor. When you book the room it's not shown on the web site. If you are senior citizens or physically challenged it might not be the room for you.

The reception staff were not always present at the reception desk, which usually meant hanging around waiting for them to appear. I would suggest having a bell or a motion sensor to alert staff guest are awaiting in the reception area. The bed (Room 15) does not need a wooden frame overhanging the mattress. This only takes up room around the bed, and eliminates banging your legs getting in and out of the bed.

The staff were all pleasant, professional and welcoming. The hotel conservatory is very bright and well presented. The inside seating is large, comfortable and we very much enjoyed watching the golf on Sky Tv from the cubicles with the table side tv’s. Breakfast was large and enjoyable but would suggest removing the luke warm Tea and Coffee flasks, and just present freshly made hot drinks.

The ridiculous music playing in reception so loudly I could hear it in my room and had to call down at 23:00 for them to turn it off. It is completely unnecessary in the day time, and obviously disruptive and awful at night. Similarly the music in the restaurant was too loud to hold a conversation and was awful. The breakfast was poor with inattentive service.

The restaurant dinner was excellent. One of the best hotel meals I've had and friendly service. The room was nice, warm and comfortable.

Room was compact but didn’t like the under bed lights that were on permanently. Breakfast not the best for food allergies, no dairy free butter etc.

The bedrooms were quite dark and very warm even though there was no heating on. No plug sockets next to beds to charge phones. We were pre advised before arrival that breakfast would be served in a different location as building work was going on. The breakfast was served in one of the function suites which was ok but food wasn't the best. What I think was scrambled egg was hard, dry stuck to the sides of the container, sausages were either black or pink, coffee cold.

The bed had a deep wooden frame round the bed- it left me with some bruising from getting on and off the bed.

The food in the hotel was good- had dinner and breakfast and both were good. The room had plenty of space. There was a safe, ironing board and hairdryer in the room. The mattress itself was really really comfortable. TV in the room too with some channels.

Although room was lovely there was not enough natural or electric lighting which made it a struggle doing makeup. One cobweb very prominent under the lighting near wardrobe

Our fridge didn’t work and the room was quite warm without air conditioning. But it was only for one night.

The staff were exceptionally nice. Great welcome. You could tell the staff were really nice people even when not talking to guests.

Executive Family Suite was really poor from space. Room was only set up fro 2 for glasses, towels, tea cups etc with a single sofa bed added which took up the entire space - definitely not a family suite - a double with a single sofa bed added, really disappointing for the cost

Location was spot on for requirements. Very friendly welcome, and professional, room was very good, clean, shower excellent. Food was good and the breakfast was excellent. No issues at all.
