Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Very good location, staff were very helpful and friendly. We had one gluten free traveller and they were very helpful with making sure the breakfast was excellant . Room was spacious , clean and comfortable. Despite our room being on the high street side and a Friday night was nice a quiet.

Pleasant stay. Rooms very dated but comfy bed with nice clean bedding. Breakfast was good value. Staff were really nice and a particular mention to the girl serving breakfast who was working her socks off and was really polite and friendly. A value for money stay but could really do with an update on the bedroom/corridor decoration.

United KingdomRoom was cosy (22) but it was adaquate for the stay, location was right in the town and handy for anywhere. Due to council roads, I parked up in 7 Lagland Street, Poole, BH15 1RS, as it was only £5.95 for 24 hours using the NCP app and about 5 minute walk back. Had an evening meal, but I think there was a bit of a mix up as we waited about an hour to have our order taken and then 3 starters came out followed by the forth when the rest had finished, but the food was really nice.
