We were on the third floor and there was no lift.

The breakfast was excellent, the bed was very comfortable and the ensuite had a bath.

We liked everything.

We enjoyed a really cosy and very quiet room on the top floor of a Victorian terrace house. The Sea View from our room 9 was great…..up a few stairs but it wasn’t a problem and we’re in our 70s! just along from the pier and easy walking distance to town, theatre, restaurants and bus and train stations. Regular buses along the coast (explored Brighton too) from very nearby. Car Parking permit for £2 a day from our hosts was also very useful during our stay. As we d never visited the area before , Hosts also really helpful with information and even a map about numbers of buses to travel about. Breakfasts were really good and all freshly made . Would stay at Atlanta agin.

Location brilliant for all amenities. On seafront 5 minutes. Walk from beach. Good choice for breakfast and very nice. Made to feel very welcome.

I maybe would have preferred to have had a room with two double beds, but was our choice and it wasn’t a deal breaker.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean and we had the top floor, not just for the wonderful sea view, but appeared to be the only room with two beds. Mother and daughter travelling. Mark and Yvette were the perfect hosts, going the extra mile even to driving us to the station as taxis were unavailable at the time. Oh and perfect location to all facilities and on the beach front. Very, very quiet. Loved our stay.

Before you go there was plenty of warning that there are stairs to all floors and no lift - not a problem for us but could be if mobility problems.

A lovely B and B not far from the Pier in Eastbourne looked after well by the owners - a lovely double room with sea view and plenty of space. Nicely decorated and furnished to be very comfortable. Great home cooked breakfast.

A little difficult to read in the evening . One ceiling lamp not working . Easy fix just needs lamp changing .

Room extremely clean nice decoration and well equipped . Good size modern en suite wash room /shower. Plenty of hot water . Bfst very good service prompt and friendly . Good views of the sea from window table. Host very help full in sorting parking and giving advice on local area .

The hosts were really friendly and gave us ideas on where to eat and what was happening in Eastbourne over the weekend. Loved the water station and the little milk bottles. The cooked breakfast was fab. Will def be staying again 😀
